Respected Pradhan Mantri Ji, I am writing to share a grass-roots initiative aimed at improving public health, with the hope that it might inspire others through your esteemed Mann Ki Baat. Hypertension is a silent killer affecting crores of families across our nation. On the occasion of World Pharmacists’ Day, our students studying in D. Pharmacy (NCRD’s Sterling Institute of Pharmacy, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra) organized a health awareness campaign. They designed and distributed informative leaflets to 250 households in our community. These leaflets explain the critical aspects of hypertension in simple, local language, on: Preventive Lifestyle Steps: Impact of reducing daily salt intake, staying physically active, managing stress, early detection. PM Ji, your voice has the unique power to turn this into a mass movement by motivating youth clubs, NGOs, and housing societies across India to replicate this simple, low-cost model. Together, we can build a healthier, Nirogi Bharat. Thanks

Hello sir,as we know our body has biological clock which works along with sun .we all know importance of early morning wakeup.so I think if we change office times instead of 10to 5 to morning 7 to 3 or something like that, which will be reason to all to follow biological clock.Even school time should be early in morning, then only students will wake up (now everyone says sleep is incomplete if we wake up early but all of us forget that early to bed early to rise is key to health....if we change pattern of timing of offices then it will be helpful. One more thing I want to suggest is instead of summer holidays we Indian needs rainy holidays as all our festivals comes in that season (Rakhi/ganpati etc)and for summer we can have early morning school (as in summer we can't do anything else)but in rainy season we have many things to do and also inconvenience because of rain can be avoided for schools. And study can be done uninterruptedly.

Hon'ble PM Modi Ji, I most humbly wish to request your honour to use your good offices towards a) 'Ushering in' the long awaited Police Reforms; and b) 'Reining in' the rampant Corruption that has now made some deep inroads into almost all segments of people's daily life. Thanks and warmest Regards

I wish HINDI should be immediately declared as National Language of India as I am noticing languageism and regionalism is grooming in some states. WHEN THERE WILL BE ONE HINDI LANGUAGE declared as national language this type of grooming can be restrained. I have full hope that this can be done MY PRESENT GOVT ONLY led by RESPECTED NARENDRA MODI JI P.M

Dear Sir, I wish you are doing good. I respectfully wish to raise question regarding India’s response to the growing geopolitical and security pressures. While India believes in diplomacy and restraint, restraint should be supported by visible strength. Countries exerting strategic pressure on India should have no doubt about our ability to safeguard our national interests. Same time, India’s response should focus on holding accountable the actual country or state actor responsible for it. If hostile activities are carried out through intermediaries or third countries, our response should not stop with intermediaries. Could India therefore consider a more assertive program of overseas military exercises, including carefully calibrated deployments of Indian Navy vessels and Indian Air Force to exercises with countries such as Russia, Japan and other strategic partners in pacific? Powerful adversaries disregard restraint and perceive it as weakness but do dialogue when strength shown
