For decades, India's subsidy model relied on direct cash transfers for immediate financial aid and meeting daily consumption needs. The model 'Transforming Welfare Subsidies into Equity' proposes a structural shift of India's subsidy system of pure cash transfers to dual Subsidy-Equity plan. The model follows by continuing to disburse 60% of the funds for immediate livelihood needs while strategically investing the remaining 40% into the stock market on behalf of the beneficiaries, the government can transform millions of citizens from passive subsidy recipients into active equity stakeholders in the nation’s corporate expansion by mirroring the mutual fund structure. The analysis in the attached file further discusses this vision of India's financial growth.

Women’s Safety and Sexual Violence in India I would like to request the Hon’ble Prime Minister to address the urgent issue of women’s safety and sexual violence in India. Crimes such as rape, sexual assault, harassment, stalking and violence against women continue to affect people across the country. Beyond stronger laws, there is a need for effective implementation, faster investigation and trials, better support for survivors, and greater accountability at every level. The Prime Minister could also speak about prevention—especially educating young people about consent, respect, gender equality and responsible behaviour from an early age. Safe public spaces, better policing, accessible reporting mechanisms and stronger protection for victims and witnesses are equally important. This is not only a women’s issue; it is a national issue that requires society, institutions, families and authorities to work together. I hope this topic can receive attention so that safety become real

Subject: Comprehensive National Security: Navigating US Geopolitical Anxieties, Hybrid Warfare, and Engineered Civil Unrest To the Honourable Prime Minister of India, I am submitting this communication as a vigilant citizen committed to the strategic autonomy, internal stability, and sovereign defense of the Republic of India. Under your leadership, Bharat has emerged as a formidable pillar of the multipolar world order, refusing to be relegated to a client state or an ideological satellite of any global hegemon. However, this rapid ascent has brought unprecedented non-linear security threats. As historical unipolar powers—particularly institutions within the United States and the broader Western sphere—grapple with their waning relative influence, India faces a dual-front challenge: external geopolitical posturing designed to force strategic alignment, and internal asymmetric vulnerabilities weaponized through civil unrest and informational warfare.Im Pankaj Kumar Jain

Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, I request you to highlight the need to improve government schools and public healthcare in the upcoming episode of Mann Ki Baat. Government schools should have qualified teachers, well-equipped science laboratories, libraries, digital learning facilities, and clean classrooms so that every child can receive quality education, regardless of their financial background. Similarly, government hospitals need sufficient doctors and nurses, essential medicines, modern medical equipment, and affordable treatment. Special attention should be given to rural areas, where people often face difficulties accessing quality education and healthcare. I believe that better schools and hospitals will create equal opportunities, reduce inequality, and build a healthier, educated, and stronger India. Every child deserves a bright future, and every family deserves proper healthcare. Thank you, Sir. Yours sincerely, Kinjal Kumari Class: 11th

Respected Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, My humble suggestion for Mann Ki Baat is to ensure a high-quality government school in every village and free, compulsory education up to Class 10 for every child. India’s development should not focus only on major cities and international-level projects. It must begin at the foundation: our villages. With thousands of villages across India, improving rural education can create lasting national progress.Every village school should have qualified teachers, digital facilities, libraries, laboratories, clean toilets and safe classrooms. Free books, uniforms and transport support should help prevent children from dropping out due to poverty or distance.Educated village children can become skilled professionals, entrepreneurs and innovators who create local employment and strengthen rural economies. As villages grow educationally and economically, the entire nation progresses. Jai Hind!

To permanently resolve this social challenge and fundamentally widen India's Tax Base, I respectfully present a policy model named the 'Tax-Linked National Pension Scheme': 1. Core Structure of the Scheme (The 20% Tax-Pension Model) Whatever amount a citizen or trader pays annually to the government in the form of Income Tax or GST, the government should securely deposit 20 percent of that total tax into a dedicated government retirement account (FD). Currently, many small businesses engage in informal or unorganized trade to bypass complex tax structures. However, once they realize that every tax rupee paid through an official bill acts as a financial support for their own old age, a psychological shift will occur across the nation. When the 20% fund of crores of taxpayers accumulates in public sector banks as a long-term corpus, it will inject massive liquidity into the banking system.

Mr. Modi, I am an engineer and entrepreneur based in Chicago, USA, originally from the sacred city of Puri, Odisha. Inspired by your visionary Swachh Bharat Mission, my team at KIIT, Bhubaneswar has developed an Internet-enabled Smart Flush System that can be easily retrofitted to existing toilets without requiring major structural modifications. The system is designed to conserve flushing water, support hands-free hygiene, and improve restroom ambience through fragrance dispensing. We have installed the system in several schools in Bhubaneswar, where early feedback from students and teachers are overwhelming. With utmost respect, I request that your Government considers pilot demonstrations in selected establishments to evaluate its water consumption, hygiene, maintenance requirements.I would be grateful for your guidance and for an opportunity to present the technology to the appropriate officials. With profound respect and warm regards, Yours sincerely, Ashok Bob Parida
