      The Government of India is committed to the holistic development, empowerment, and well-being of Scheduled Tribes across the country. Through various initiatives, the Government seeks to ensure access to quality education, healthcare, livelihood opportunities, skill development, digital inclusion, preservation of tribal culture and heritage, and sustainable development in tribal areas.

      The Ministry of Tribal Affairs in collaboration with MyGov invites citizens to participate in the Slogan Writing Contest. This contest aims to understand your thoughts and creativity on Tribal Development and Empowerment. Participants are encouraged to express their ideas on tribal pride, inclusive growth, cultural preservation, education, entrepreneurship, and the contribution of tribal communities to nation-building.

      Objectives of the Slogan Writing Contest
      1. To create awareness among people about tribal communities, their rich heritage, and their contributions to society.
      2. To encourage understanding of the importance of tribal development and empowerment.
      3. To promote awareness about government initiatives for tribal welfare and inclusive growth.
      4. To inspire people to creatively express their vision for a developed, empowered, and self-reliant tribal society.
      5. To foster respect for tribal culture, traditions, and sustainable ways of living.

      Guidelines for Participants
      1. The slogan must be original and creative. 
      2. The language should be simple and easy to understand. 
      3. The slogan should be short and impactful. 
      4. Participants may write their slogan in English or Hindi. 
      5. The slogan should reflect the theme of Tribal Development and Empowerment. 
      6. The slogan must be grammatically correct. 
      7. Each participant may submit only one slogan.

       

      Gratification
      1. Top 10 winners will be rewarded with a cash prize of ₹5,000/- each.
      2. The top 3 winners will be invited to attend the Independence Day Celebration programme. The winners selected for participation in the Independence Day Celebration programme shall also be permitted to bring one companion each to attend the event.
      3. The best slogans will be featured on the official website and social media platforms of the Ministry of Tribal Affairs.
