“MAA-Mother’s Absolute Affection’’ is an Intensified programme launched on the 5th August 2016 by Hon’ble HFM, in an attempt to bring undiluted focus on promotion of breastfeeding. The goal of the MAA programme is to revitalize efforts towards promotion, protection and support of breastfeeding practices through health systems to enhance breastfeeding rates.

An online Cyber Challenge – CTF was organised by Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) as part of DRDO@60 celebrations. Indian citizens of all ages were eligible for the event. Individual participants had registered for the challenge on MyGov.in portal.

A “Deen Dayal SPARSH Yojana” (Scholarship for Promotion of Aptitude Research in Stamps as a Hobby) has been launched by Department of Posts, Ministry of Communications on 03rd Nov 2017 for the students of class VI to IX. This scheme’s main objective is to enrich students with knowledge via the medium of stamps and interesting philatelic products.

The Ministry of Women & Child Development had launched a contest to design a logo and suggest a tagline for its prestigious National Nutrition Mission, which was launched by Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi as POSHAN Abhiyaan, on 8th March 2018. The Government of India approved the National Nutrition Mission to ensure holistic development and adequate nutrition for pregnant women, mothers, and children.

In less than two years of its launch, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) (2016-20), the flagship scheme of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) has taken multi-fold strides. The scheme has achieved a landmark milestone of 3,16,671 placements (as on February 2018). With nearly 55 percent successful placements, the Short-Term Training Program (STT) under PMKVY (2016-20) is an effective, refined and demand-driven endeavor, with an over-riding focus on the quality of training.
