Another observation: In the draft, I didn't see any restriction or guidelines on improvement of the teaching system based on how efficient the output is, i.e. if students are actually not getting benefited regarding employment, then the methods of teaching, staff should be reconsidered. Otherwise, Some guidelines on teaching methods can be added.

A suggestion: > I observed number of eligible institutions for NSQP are pretty low, considering the fact that this is largely related to employment ; mainly for the lower middle class people; it would be a good idea to make more departments for possible income resources for rural people like designing artistic earthen pots, for water storage etc. which appear to sell well in rural and town markets with proper marketing. instructors can be found in many villages themselves. see picture:

Random checks on the institutes involved in NSQF should be in place as well to ensure quality of whatever is being taught there. This will prevent any of the aforementioned issued in the bill like duplication etc.

There should be a uniform accreditation system like UGC, polytechnics should be introduced where students who are Not good at academics but good at technical and hands on skills skills Still have a bright future.

To, Honorable PM Shri Narendra Modi ji First of all I want to VOTE YES for the new medical bill referring NMC instead of MCI as well as bringing the NEXT exam at the end of final year of the Medical and Dental courses and according to me this type of referring should be for each and every course in India..thanks..

मेरी राय से मेडिकल बिल की तरह एक इंजीनियरिंग बिल भी होना चाहिए किसी विशेष परीक्षा को पास करने पर ही सरकारी या गैर सरकारी इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज में प्रवेश लिया जाना चाहिए

युवाओ व बच्चो को आविष्कार करने के लिऐ बेहतर लेब उपलब्ध कराना चाहिए और उतम पुसतकालय उपलब्ध करना चाहिए
