#RUPAY Closed User Group schemes kind of concept could be implemented with debit cards.Currently the limit on ATM card swipes are based on one card only. Instead this could be grouped. Say if one account holder declared his other bank accounts and his immediate family members account details and grouped them together, the ATM swipe limit should be calculated based on all the other account ATM swipes too. This will help to understand the transactions history of Indian families.

Before placing this draft into plan. I suggest to first make all shopkeepers including who sales building material and electric goods to accept plastic payment. They do not accept payment through cards beause of heavy profit involve in it which be otherwise disclosed. Then strengthen ATM which either do not have money or most of the time out if service.

#RUPAY Suggestive/Awareness messages about debit card usages in retail outlets/bill payments could be displayed in all ATM screens and double checking confirmation messages could be added while withdrawing the amount

#ElectronicTransactions If we take cities like Chennai, different shops define their own minimum purchasing amount for the acceptance of debit cards. This varies from shop to shop.Reliance fresh fruit shop will fix one amount as minimum purchase limit where as other fruit shop will fix another amount as minimum amount. There should be an uniform minimum amount like Rs100 or so should be advised by government. So that the purchasers will be confident to use the cards in all the card accepting shops..

cashless transactions are good but technology has its perils. the advent of cyberterrorism cannot be neglected. the digital divide has to be addressed before digitizing everything. the financial inclusion should not neglect rural india

1. Currently transactions above 50k needs pan card. Make it compulsory that transactions above 50 are done only through neft/neft/imps. Initially there may be a caos. Slowly settle down.
2. Make all online transactions free including private banks. Canada bank charges.
3. Bring down daily withrawal limit to 10k.
4. Promote swiping machines at all shops including rural petty shops by offering free account.
5. Insist banks not to charge any of the services from current account holders.

The best way of Promotion of Information and Communication Technology systems in school and adult education is to allot all the possible allocable opportunities of learning and promoting to the privileged reservation categories and corrupt, selfish persons, like chaiwalas who fulfill their dreams "around the world" at the cost of nation's money, shot slogans of good doing to the poor.

It is FM who has given his budget promises, unless until the cash flow of transactions are restricted we can not stop these duplication of currencies flow in the market. Restrict all the cash transactions to Rs.5K, means at any given point in time one should have only Rs.5K in hand rest should be in the banks. ED or DRI should be more active in this country to bring this into control.
