The Finance Minister in his budget speech for the Union Budget 2015-16 made the following announcement:
“One way to curb the flow of black money is to discourage transactions in cash. Now that a majority of Indians has or can have, a RUPAY debit card. I therefore, proposes to introduce soon several measure that will incentivize credit or debit card transactions and disincentivize cash transaction”.
Accordingly, draft proposals for facilitating electronic transactions (E-transactions) have been prepared. Comments and views are invited on the Draft Proposals.

महोदय आप इलेक्ट्रॉनिक लेंन देंन को बढ़ावा देना चाहते है। यह बहुत ही अच्छा कदम है। किन्तु इस कार्य के लिये बहुत जानकारी को अति गोपनीय रखा जाना अति आवश्यक है। किन्तु महोदय आपके द्वारा मतदाता कार्ड अपडेट करते समय सारी जानकारी चुनाव आयोग द्वारा ले ली जाती है जैसे जन्म तिथि, फोन न. ठिकाना, आधार कार्ड न. नाम, पिता का नाम, पेन न. बैंक खाता संख्या आदि । जब यह जानकारी सार्वजनिक हो गई तो बाकि केवल पासवर्ड बचता है। आधार कार्ड व फ़ोन न. को वोटर कार्ड से अलग रखा जाना सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से अति आवश्यक है।

I have observed that while electronic payments (read credit card here) are easily acceptable at all places, the gold and diamond jewellery shops do charge 1.5% transaction charge if a Credit card (CC) is used. Hence most people opt for paying through cash. This should be stopped and CC Usage should be encouraged

One incident happen how the corruption taking place. yesterday at around 9 pm Sub register office was open my friend asked nearby people what happened, they said registration taking place for land. I didn't notice opening register office after 5.30 pm, it was taken place because they have got good money. This is for your information only. Because you can't do any thing.

All registered shops and kirana stores be mandated to keep credit/debit card shipping machine. It will automatically reduce 50% black money.

I think you BJP and alliance political parties earned more than you spent for elections. Now think for people who elected you. why should we go and beg other countries to establish in India. if our processing system is good every one will come and beg us to invest because India is second largest consumers in the world. Instead of asking people to give up to subsidize gas, why don't you audit (Check) Reliance Krishna Basin gas plant and you increase the gas price also to Reliance.

जम्मू कश्मीर के मसले पर विशेष ध्यान देना अनिवार्य है क्यूंकि पुरे देश की निगाहें जम्मू कश्मीर पे हैं हमें पहले इसके ऊपर कार्य करना चाहिए|अगर हम इसे भूलने की कोशिश की तो जनता हमसे दूर होगी हमें धारा 370 पर कार्य करना होगा जय हिन्द

if this electronic system of payments become common, it'll help in facing this problem of counterfeit currency.thats a kind of war that pakistan is waging on us.
