carrying cash for purchase of tickets which in turn will reduce theft & burglary in trains. All malls should have the facility of centralized bill payment thru cards and buy anything from any shops in the malls/food court so that it reduces making payment to all shops. This facility is at the Delhi Metro station in the food court. All electricity & water bills only thru cards/online with benefits of charge/fee. All these areas done with zeal will help in reducing black money otherwise it will be

his/her job. All items at his house and given to anybody as gift will be confiscated. We need to reduce the import of gold for next 2 years to ensure our CAD is surplus. And work towards getting all gold which are currently at different homes/temples. With this fiscal deficit it will be difficult for govt to spend on infrastructure and revive the economy. Work towards reducing our dependency on oil import. All fuel stations should compulsory take credit/debit cards instead of cash. Incentive's

more than 1 Lakhs and his PAN/AADHAR NO. has to be taken otherwise the trust should be barred/banned from accepting public money. All major black money transactions occurs at the purchase or selling of gold/silver/diamonds. All shops don't maintain any proper bills nor give any bills and scare people with higher tax on purchase with bills. All ornaments above 25,000 have to be purchased thru cards/cheques. 60% of commercial/sales tax officials are corrupt. Any officers caught for bribe will lose

Tie up with Master card & VISA and all banks on reducing the transactions charges levied for using credit/debit card. Incentive's for using cards instead of cash will serve dual purpose 1. reduce printing of notes 2. control/reduce black money. Shops should be allowed to give 5% discount for customers using credit/debit cards. Black money is rampant in educational institutions as they accept only cash. All educational institutions have to take fees only thru cheques or cards. Any donations to..

Mainly give unlimited transaction via atm..carrying money is difficult so by atm its safe process.Increase at m's.

All utility bill payments could be made cashless by incentivising ecs or online payments.
All bank accounts could be linked to pan/aadhar to keep a check on cash withdrawals.
With card security being paramount(phishing), people may not feel comfortable in using cards online. Educative ads should come up asking people not to share pin/cvv etc.
This facilitating of e transactions can be viewed as an addendum to swachh bharat abhiyan. Green, secure and paperless.
