Tie up with Master card & VISA and all banks on reducing the transactions charges levied for using credit/debit card. Incentive's for using cards instead of cash will serve dual purpose 1. reduce printing of notes 2. control/reduce black money. Shops should be allowed to give 5% discount for customers using credit/debit cards. Black money is rampant in educational institutions as they accept only cash. All educational institutions have to take fees only thru cheques or cards. Any donations to..

All utility bill payments could be made cashless by incentivising ecs or online payments. All bank accounts could be linked to pan/aadhar to keep a check on cash withdrawals. With card security being paramount(phishing), people may not feel comfortable in using cards online. Educative ads should come up asking people not to share pin/cvv etc. This facilitating of e transactions can be viewed as an addendum to swachh bharat abhiyan. Green, secure and paperless.
