1) In order to avoid e-transfer some shopkeeper delebrately keep swaping machines with 2% charge or mislead consumer by saying that transection will be charged. So Govt should stop such schemes. 2) Govt should issue a certification of cash less transection to shopkeepers that should be visible to customers on the board before entrying the shop. 3) Fast and paperless, signatureless schemes should be developed for small amt of transection like grocery stores who are black money generators.

Make it Illegal for Service Providers (Govt. or Private) to charge extra for Credit/Debit Card. Ask Credit Cards to change to 15 day cycle instead of 1 Month and then reduce Merchant Discount. Withdraw 500 & 1000 Rupee notes and issue new 250 Rupee note. Highest Cash Usage is in Real Estate. Make State Govt. reduce Stamp Duty to 1 %. Or exempt people from paying extra stamp duty while registering property at higher than guideline value. #ElectronicTransactions

Most of the black money in the country is routed through the Real Estate sector. The builder lobby collects black money from the common people in various forms e.g. Parking Charges, Society charges, Miscellaneous charges, etc. The main reason for collecting the above in black is to feed the government Babu's in the muncipal offices, Ministers, goons, etc. The common man ends up paying huge amount between 5- 20 lacs to the builders.Rules and regulations should be made to stop the outflow of above.
