1) In order to avoid e-transfer some shopkeeper delebrately keep swaping machines with 2% charge or mislead consumer by saying that transection will be charged. So Govt should stop such schemes.
2) Govt should issue a certification of cash less transection to shopkeepers that should be visible to customers on the board before entrying the shop.
3) Fast and paperless, signatureless schemes should be developed for small amt of transection like grocery stores who are black money generators.

give some relaxation on vat, surcharge, or service tax. For eg if you buy petrol in cash its cost is Rs.67 per litre but if you buy bu credit or debit card its cost Rs.65 by reducing some vat or other tax.

Make it Illegal for Service Providers (Govt. or Private) to charge extra for Credit/Debit Card. Ask Credit Cards to change to 15 day cycle instead of 1 Month and then reduce Merchant Discount. Withdraw 500 & 1000 Rupee notes and issue new 250 Rupee note. Highest Cash Usage is in Real Estate. Make State Govt. reduce Stamp Duty to 1 %. Or exempt people from paying extra stamp duty while registering property at higher than guideline value. #ElectronicTransactions

Most of the black money in the country is routed through the Real Estate sector. The builder lobby collects black money from the common people in various forms e.g. Parking Charges, Society charges, Miscellaneous charges, etc. The main reason for collecting the above in black is to feed the government Babu's in the muncipal offices, Ministers, goons, etc. The common man ends up paying huge amount between 5- 20 lacs to the builders.Rules and regulations should be made to stop the outflow of above.

No need to fear on foreign investment as we have a lot of employees, investors who really want to save their hard earned money.
Govt can provide tax rebate on this to attract more money in to this system
We need to teach each and everyone on this to be more effective.
Banks and other financial services are the sources to get this done
Social media media are the ways to promote this
Just think on this if OK..plz call me on 7411482139 or 8884192414 for further clarification

I request govt to strictly introduce saving in to equity of public sector and private sectors in required proportion.so that we can build our economy strong.we can use this funds in different ways to improve these said sectors as well as Indian economy.
I am writing this with my little bit of knowledge on economy. Good people can add their views on this further.
Govt and companies can be assured that our own people's money is there and they have saved for their future.

Make it mandatory to use payment other than cash for any purchase exceeding Rs. 10000. Every person selling goods must obtain Aadhar No. of the purchaser for shopping beyond Rs. 10000. Further, in order to avoid wrong information being provided, a thumb impression machine to be made available to sellers to obtain Aadhar No. through Thumb Impression.
