The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), in collaboration with MyGov, invites citizens across India to share their constructive suggestions and innovative ideas through the initiative "Have an Idea? Share it with ICAI".
This initiative provides a platform for citizens, professionals, students, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders to contribute their valuable ideas for strengthening the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), the Chartered Accountancy profession, and India's financial and economic ecosystem.
Participants are encouraged to submit their suggestions on areas such as strengthening the Chartered Accountancy profession, promoting economic development, enhancing transparency and good governance, leveraging technology and innovation, improving financial literacy, supporting entrepreneurship, and contributing towards the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.

The Safe and Smart Parking System uses an HC SR04 ultrasonic sensor with Arduino Uno to detect vehicles and alert users useful in colleges hospitals malls and offices. Key components include ultrasonic sensor Arduino Uno LED buzzer resistor breadboard wires and 5V supply.
The sensor emits ultrasonic waves that bounce off a vehicle and return. Arduino calculates distance from the time taken and compares it to a preset limit. If a vehicle is within range the LED lights up and buzzer sounds giving visual and audio alerts. If not both stay off. This runs continuously enabling automatic monitoring without manual effort.

My Idea: Making Financial Knowledge and Digital Compliance Easier for Every Citizen
ICAI can play a greater role in making financial literacy and compliance simple and accessible for ordinary citizens, small businesses and new entrepreneurs. Many small shopkeepers and micro-business owners struggle to understand taxation, accounting, digital payments, budgeting and basic financial planning.
ICAI could create a free, multilingual digital platform and mobile app with simple videos, calculators, FAQs and step-by-step guidance in regional languages. It could also conduct regular financial literacy camps in rural and semi-urban areas through colleges, schools and local business associations.
Technology such as AI can be used to provide basic guidance, explain financial terms in simple language and help users understand compliance requirements, while professional CAs can provide expert support where required.

Smart Solar AI Waste Processor
A compact, fully automatic waste-processing machine designed for homes and public spaces. Simply put household waste inside—the machine uses AI cameras and sensors to identify and sort it, separates hazardous and recyclable materials, and removes moisture from wet waste before processing suitable waste through a controlled thermal system.
The machine is designed to run primarily on solar energy with battery backup, clean itself automatically, control emissions through filtration, and drastically reduce the volume of waste that leaves our homes. Larger versions could be installed in apartments, schools, hospitals and public places.

Viksit Bharat @2047 needs these essential steps
1) BHAARAT-parichay card - 1 single identity card replacing all PII Identity cards like Aadhaar, PAN, UAN, Driving License, ABHA, SC/ST/OBC certificate, Divyangjan card. This card should made "Akshay", i.e. easily destroyable by day heat, house fire, flood water, storm wind etc and can keep information in all forms storing mechanisms - Electronic Chip, Magnetic strip, QR, Photo, Finger print etc. Similar idea was already coined by Amit Shah on Sept 2019.
2) BHAARAT bhasha - replacing Hindi written Devnagari as Official Language by Easy Sanskrit mixed with Dravidian Persian & European words written in IAST (International Alphabet of Sanskrit Transliteration) & Bramhi.
3) BHAARAT JAATI - Caste system in India was rooted in Family Professions. But got distorted by becoming inherited property. So if a family is serves a particular profession for 3 continuous generations, it should be allowed change caste, even if bybirt caste is different
