**My Idea: Financial and Tax Awareness for Everyone** ICAI should promote financial and tax awareness among students, young people, entrepreneurs and common citizens. Simple workshops and online videos can teach people about taxes, GST, ITR filing, saving money and avoiding financial fraud. ICAI can also organize awareness programs in schools, colleges and rural areas. This will help people understand their financial responsibilities, improve tax awareness and support new entrepreneurs. Financially aware citizens can contribute to a stronger and more developed India. **Financial awareness today can help build Viksit Bharat @2047.**

Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, I would like to share a policy idea to strengthen citizen participation in India's democracy — Citizen Legislative Vote (CLV). The proposal is to allow citizens to formally vote In Favour, Against, or In Favour with Amendments on selected Bills of major national importance before Parliament takes its final decision. This would not replace Parliament or elected representatives. Initially, the vote could be advisory, allowing Parliament to retain its full constitutional authority while giving citizens a formal and measurable voice. The idea was inspired by the experience surrounding the agricultural reforms of 2020–21 and the question of whether major legislation affecting millions could benefit from direct citizen participation. I have attached a brief Concept Note explaining the model, implementation process, legal considerations, safeguards and international examples. I request that the proposal kindly be examined for its feasibility

Only the Hindu community is exempt from tax on incomes up to ₹3 crore (approximately $1.5 billion). This only covers the poor, meaning those from the poorest castes. After this, those paying incomes between ₹3 crore and ₹4 billion (approximately $1.5 billion) are required to pay only 3 percent. This proves that these groups are elite. Furthermore, aristocrat or plutocrat those paying incomes above ₹600 crore (approximately $1.5 billion) are required to pay full tax.

I think ICAI should focus heavily on helping small businesses (MSMEs) go digital. If we can provide small shopkeepers and startups with simple, free bookkeeping tools and easy-to-understand tax guides in regional languages, it would make compliance so much easier for them. Also, adding basic AI and data analytics into the CA training curriculum will ensure our future CAs are fully prepared for the digital era! To support Viksit Bharat, ICAI can focus on two key things: Bring AI and modern data tools into the regular CA syllabus so students get real-world tech exposure. Create simple financial literacy modules in local languages to help rural entrepreneurs manage their business finances better. We should leverage technology to make auditing faster and more transparent, while also using ICAI's platform to teach basic financial literacy to small business owners across Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns. This will give a huge boost to the lo
