Namaskar Modi ji, The Supreme Court of India (SC) provides full legal protection to bystanders who help road accident victims under the landmark Good Samaritan Law, ensuring you face no harassment, no police detention, and no civil or criminal liability. This has been done as people were avoiding unnecessary trouble from the law agencies. It has taken a lot of effort to change the mindset. Recently in Bengaluru a lady who share the video showing the Mistreatment of toddlers in a child care center is caught by the law agencies as reported in news channel. I think this is not a good feelings for us as a citizen. Hope some constitutional watchdog would take this issue promptly as we live in a civilised society. Thanks and Regards

Namaskar Modi ji, I just wanted to say SKY , the famous cricketer who was doing good as a captain is removed from it. This is sad state of affairs. He may not be good with bat lately but was leading the team well. The same thing was repeated with Jasprit Boomra who had shown great captaincy skill in England test last year though We lost it. But he was very impressive. BCCI may see it different angle or plane but we as an outsider to the system see it as unfair. Everyone has different angle of checking things. I am writing to you as a concerned Indian citizen and a professional working in the e-waste management sector, to bring to your kind attention a strategic opportunity that combines two of India's pressing priorities into a single policy action. एक तीर दो निशान: My humble submission is that the relevant ministries can come up with a rule where the E-waste recyclers / refiners must compulsorily sell their recovered gold (from mixed E-waste) to RBI which would serve two national priorities simultaneously. First, it would add meaningfully to India's gold reserves without spending a single dollar of foreign exchange. Second, it would necessitate exactly the traceability infrastructure that India's e-waste sector is lacking currently. Linked together with the EPR mechanism in the E-waste rules 2022, the recyclers/ refiners will be able to generate EPR credits ONLY against the evidence of gold sold to RBI and not to anyone else.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी, मैं कुंदन सिंह आपसे एक सुझाव साझा करना चाहता हूँ। आज लाखों कर्मचारियों को Meal Card या Food Benefit मिलता है, लेकिन इसका उपयोग सीमित दुकानों पर ही हो पाता है। मेरा सुझाव है कि सरकार RBI, NPCI और बैंकों के सहयोग से "राष्ट्रीय डिजिटल फूड बेनिफिट QR प्रणाली" विकसित करे, जिससे कर्मचारी किसी भी अधिकृत भोजन या किराना व्यापारी के QR को स्कैन कर भोजन भत्ता उपयोग कर सकें। प्रणाली व्यापारी की श्रेणी (Food/Grocery) की पुष्टि करके केवल भोजन संबंधी भुगतान ही स्वीकार करे। इससे छोटे भोजन विक्रेता भी जुड़ सकेंगे, कर्मचारियों को अलग कार्ड रखने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी और यदि नियमों के अनुसार अनुमति हो तो परिवार के सदस्यों तक भी भोजन लाभ पहुँचाया जा सकेगा। मेरा विश्वास है कि यह पहल डिजिटल इंडिया, वित्तीय समावेशन और कर्मचारी कल्याण को नई दिशा दे सकती है। कृपया इस सुझाव पर विचार करने का कष्ट करें।

From Waste Collectors to Resource Entrepreneurs – The Khowai Cooperative Model, Tripura In Khowai, Tripura, 110 women engaged in door-to-door waste collection have come together to form the Khowai Waste to Wealth Cooperative Society Ltd. Instead of remaining only waste collectors, they have become owners and stakeholders in a community-led circular economy. The Cooperative has signed an MoU with the Khowai Municipal Council, and all statutory formalities, including opening a bank account, have been completed. Through sustained public participation, Khowai has transformed into a bin-free town, replacing nearly 270 roadside community bins with 100% door-to-door waste collection and source segregation. Every day, around 1.2 tonnes of dry waste and 3 tonnes of wet waste are scientifically managed. The women’s monthly remuneration has increased from ₹3,500 to ₹3,900, along with a ₹500 monthly performance bonus from the sale of compost and recyclable waste.
