Sir, We have developed Solar farm at Charanka in Gujarat. Use of Solar energy is very well developed in Gujarat. I suggested to utilize all thee Government offices, hospitals, schools terrace for solar generation. I suggested to cover Narmada canal with Solar system which helps to utilize power generation with restriction of water evaporation. Now I would like to suggest Charanka Solar area to be shifted on above suggested area for Solar generation and use of Charanka land for agriculture purpose. Water can be provided in sufficient quantity with the help of Narmada canal network and food can be generated from Charanka land. With the help of Charanka and associated land for agriculture, food can be generated of higher quantity which can be used within India or can be exported. Effective utilization of Land for agriculture and shifting of Solar system in available places as suggested on Government buildings will help in overall growth of our country.

I would like to raise a concern regarding the work culture in the corporate sector. Even during severe weather conditions such as heavy rainfall or flooding, many employees are compelled to travel to the office despite their work being fully capable of being done from home, putting their safety at risk. Is the Government considering issuing guidelines to promote flexible work arrangements during such situations and improve workplace well-being? Additionally, are there any plans to introduce measures such as a Right to Disconnect after working hours and on holidays to ensure a healthier work-life balance for corporate employees?

Hon'ble PM sir, the family pensioners of 80 years and above ARE DEPRIVED MEDICAL BENEFITS TOTALLY solely on the ground by paying a small amount of additional pension per month and leaving them in lurch in the last lag of their life which is against as per article 14, 21 and 38 of constitution of India. In this regard grievances had been raised to write to PM, CPGRAM. But it was refused. In this regard for the past 2 years i had written so many e mails to PM secretary, Hon'ble Health Minister, Health Secretary, Joint Secretary. But no use. NO REPLY received. It is total failure of PM grievance system. Additional pension is intended to enhance the financial security of the elderly in the old age. However, by using this same amount to disqualify them from medical aid totally creates a contradictory outcome that harms the beneficiaries. So by providing one welfare measure which takes away the other welfare measure is injustice. Hence additional pension is not to be taken as income creteri

Hon'ble PM sir, I extend my sincere respect and appreciation for your efforts toward the nation development. I would also like to give my suggestion. In our Village , there is lack of personalized and trained teachers in government schools. They most of the time slack off from their job so , Sir i would suggest that there should be cctv camera in the government schools directly linked to higher officials office so that teachers can be monitored. By the dint of cctv camera there will be always a fear in their hearts. So they won't slack off from their job. Thankyou sir

Title: Integrating Gender Dignity into the Three-Language Formula: A Reform for'Nari Shakti'.The Proposal: Respected Prime Minister, to realize 'Viksit Bharat,' we must movefrom reactive punishment to proactive prevention of crimes against women. Ipropose a "Two-Birds, One-Stone" policy:1. New Subject: Introduce a mandatory subject titled "Ethical Co-existence & Gender Dignity" at the primary and middle school levels.2. Strategic Integration: Teach this subject exclusively in the Third Language (under the NEP’s Three-Language Formula).

Hon'ble PM sir , in our Village there is lack of digital literacy amongst the farmer of village regarding various government schemes and of digital payment. So , i think we should make group of 10-12 young educated volunteers in the villages to spread awareness and teach the villagers .
