Suggestion for Mann Ki Baat – Virtual Net Metering for VillagesRespected Hon'ble Prime Minister,India has made remarkable progress in promoting rooftop solar under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana. I would like to suggest expanding the concept of Virtual Net Metering (VNM)** to villages across the country. Many rural families do not have suitable rooftops or sufficient financial capacity to install individual solar systems. Through a village-level Virtual Net Metering model, a common solar power plant can be established on Panchayat or community land, allowing multiple households to receive the benefits of clean solar energy and reduced electricity bills.I am proud to share that a pilot Virtual Net Metering project has already been successfully implemented at Parthivi Pacific Apartments, Raipur, Chhattisgarh**, where a common solar power plant is providing benefits to multiple consumers under a single system. This project demonstrates that Virtual Net Metering by sekhar janapareddy

We have a serious problem of stray dogs in India 1.Annually, around 31,000 rabies deaths occur across Asia, with 20,000 of them in India alone 2.Small children under 10 are an easy target for aggressive dogs 3.Many 2 wheeler accidents are caused by dogs chasing vehicles, leading to injuries and deaths 4.The continuous barking of stray dogs, particularly at night, creates a lot of disturbance, especially for the elderly and sick people 5.Stray dogs contribute to unclean environments by defecating on roads and public spaces 6.India is a global tourist destination, but the sight of aggressive or unhealthy street dogs can deter tourists 7.Stray dogs scavenge from garbage bins, tearing bags apart and spreading litter causing public health issues 8.Apart from rabies, street dogs spread other zoonotic diseases like leptospirosis and tapeworms 9.In some areas, stray dogs attack local wildlife 10.Many people, especially the elderly and children, live in constant fear of dog attacks

Don't make life miserable for the common man by discontinuing all non-AC DTC buses under the pretext of pollution. Increase the number of non-AC DTC buses. Add more non-AC DTC buses on routes like Tikri Border to Old Delhi, Nangloi to New Delhi, and Peeragarhi to Najafgarh.

Honourable PM Modi Ji, I write to highlight a silent crisis crushing India's youth: the entry-level experience paradox and the deep marginalization of the Arts. Today, fresher roles absurdly demand years of experience, trapping our brightest minds in a vicious cycle of unpaid internships and exploitative labor. How can our youth gain experience if no corporate door opens without it?Furthermore, the corporate world heavily favors Engineering and MBAs. The Arts stream, which refines the intellectual foundation, critical thinking, and policy awareness that ultimately runs our nation, is unfairly treated with low societal status. Arts graduates face an incredibly bleak job market, left with few choices outside teaching or government exams unless they accept unrelated, exploitative roles. I urge you to address this in Mann Ki Baat. We need your voice to champion fair entry-level hiring and equal corporate opportunities across all disciplines. Let's not waste our demographic dividend.
