Respected Prime Minister. Thank you for giving me an opportunity to share my views. Sir we need to inculcate two most important aspects in our children as well as all citizens. First is Civic Sense. This can be ingrained right from their childhood so that they keep all surroundings clean and Swach. Sir there should be a class on civic sense in the schools. Second is discipline. If we see our roads the way people drive, one can easily make out that their is no sense of discipline or fear to follow traffic rules. Any foreigner who visits our country first sees our roads and it's status and the way people drive or behave on the roads. In smaller countries they go thru military trainings so they become disciplined, but Bharat cannot do that as we are a big country with huge population. I think we should inculcate some fear into the minds of people to follow rules and be disciplined on the road. Even educated people don't follow. So education alone may not help.

Honourable Prime Minister Sir, I am from Chhattisgarh, where coal mining plays an important role in meeting the country's energy needs. My suggestion is that after mining is completed, the land should be scientifically restored and reused for public benefit instead of being left unused. Wherever possible, it can be used for plantation, agriculture, horticulture, water reservoirs, fisheries, solar projects and eco-parks. Local villagers and youth can be provided training and employment opportunities through these activities. This can help turn post-mining land into a source of greenery, water conservation, employment and local development. I believe that the land which helped provide energy to the nation can, after mining, become a foundation for the development and well-being of local communities.

Topic: Promoting Civic Sense and Community Ownership alongside Tech Progress Respected Prime Minister, As India advances in technology and infrastructure, individual responsibility remains the backbone of a clean and progressive nation. I request you to spotlight ordinary citizens—such as local youth and self-help groups—who take active initiative in cleaning water bodies, managing local waste, and improving public spaces. Highlight how digital platforms can be used not just for entertainment, but to rally local communities around civic duties, inspiring youth across the country to take pride in local governance and hygiene.

Hon'ble PM Sir, I don't want to get a flight towards the future or I don't want any modernity or advancement but the only thing I would like to and I want to express is the fear of living a safe life which would not be possible if the rape cases are not taken in concern. As we all are aware of the increasing rape cases in India day by day and the govt. of India acts very actively for the initial days but later the files get closed with no justice to the victim at all. Some Rapist get the death sentence and some get sentenced to a few years in prison but, does this actually help to decrease the number?Let's take the example of harsh rape case of Dr. Moumita, Did she get justice?giving a "punishment of life imprisonment until death",Really! does this compensate the loss of her parents, loss of India or loss of peace? Not just her, but there are many uncountable and terrifying cases which can't be described. My only request is to make India as famous for women safety as it is for its diversity
