माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी प्रणाम ! कृषि प्रधान देश भारत में साग - सब्ज़ियाँ , फल , जल , दूध, घी , पकवान, मसाले और देसी मिठाई की गुणवत्ता विशुद्ध भारतीय खाद्य परम्परा की पहचान रही है । पर आज हमारे देश में ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं बचा जिस में मिलावट ना हो । ख़ास तौर से त्योहारों के समय तो खाद्य पदार्थ जानलेवा भी हो जाती है । हम जब स्वस्थ रहेंगे तभी हम सब मिलकर विकसित भारत के सपने को साकार कर सकेंगे । बीमार भारत ये नहीं कर सकता। देश की ज़िम्मेदार संस्था को ये दायित्व दिया जाए की हमारे खाद्य पदार्थ [ खेती और पैकेटबंद ] पोषण और गुणवत्ता के सर्वोच्च मनकों पर खड़ी उतरे ।अगर भारत जैसे देश में बच्चा शुद्ध दूध नहीं पी सकता , हानिकारक कीटनाशक मुक्त अनाज नहीं खा सकता और बिना रंग के पालक नहीं खा सकता तो और कहाँ ? आपसे निवेदन है की खाद्य पदार्थों में जो मिलावट हो रही जिस से भारत ब्लड प्रेशर , मधुमेह, कैन्सर और खान -पान से सम्बंधित जानलेवा बीमारियों की और बढ़ता जा रहा उस की रोकथाम के लिए सख़्त से सख़्त कदम उठाएँ । आप स्वयं एक स्वस्थ जीवनशैली का अनुसरण करते हैं आप इस आग्रह को बेहतर समझते होंगे ।

I would like to suggest that our Hon’ble Prime Minister consider highlighting the importance of systematically introducing mental health and emotional well-being sessions in schools, with a special focus on helping children / youth understand and manage stress, anxiety and other emotional challenges in a healthy and constructive manner. Adolescence is a critical stage of life. Our children need the right support to develop emotional resilience, confidence and healthy coping skills. Regular sessions led by trained psychologists and counsellors can help young people recognise early signs of stress and seek support without fear or stigma. It is equally important to involve parents and teachers as an integral part of planned school-based mental health programme. Delhi Government Schools have taken encouraging steps in this direction by engaging psychologists and strengthening parent participation. This is helping a generation of healthier, more resilient and emotionally confident.
