UP government has recently launched outsourcing Nigam for providing employment by written test and ensuring salary by 5th of next month, only thing is that instead of cutting EPF(which usually all outsourcing agencies cut from salary but never deposit in employees account so voluntary NPS submission by employees may be encouraged. All BJP led governments can adapt this model and government must realize that AAP party/opposition parties' emphasis on government jobs and TV advertisement showing Punjab government giving government job so person will not have to go to foreign country. Democracy is being made dangerous as this populist move is only for getting votes. Central Government has increased total Government job number from 3crore to 4 crores so 142 crores fighting for caste-based reservation is not justified, actually emphasis on government jobs is for getting better married. All BJP state government's scheme of payments of money may be converted to outsourcing job asAyushman mitra

Better management of city/ towns: inclusion of renowned institutions such as IIT Delhi & DTU for Delhi, IIT Kanpur & HBTU for Kanpur, IIT BHU for Varanasi, IIT Bombay & IIM Bombay for Mumbai etc. for formation of forums for finding solutions to city pressing problems such as (i) easing out traffic congestion (surveillance, data gathering, monitoring units, directing cops at priority areas), (ii) monitoring encroachment on real time basis through centralized centers/ helping govt. officers/ concerned authorities to take action and monitoring the action taken, (iii) identifying traffic violators through use of ICT, (iv) use of technology for garbage segregation at source, collection and its proper disposal etc. II/ III and Final Year students (along with reputed citizens) can be engaged in finding solutions to the issues of the cities. The current methods and agencies in the state government department have been largely ineffective. The action taken to be monitored by this group.

Job opportunities related to new technologies, artificial intelligence, the gig economy, digital platforms, and green jobs (such as drone operators, AI specialists, gig workers, and EV technicians) have increased; however, these roles are not currently included in the NCO 2015 classification.NSQF (National Skills Qualification Framework) levels and RPL certifications should be aligned with NCO Skill Levels (1–4) and equated with formal degree programs, ensuring they are accorded due importance in both government and private sector recruitment examinations. As the ILO  updates its ISCO standards, the National Classification of Occupations (NCO) must also be updated to facilitate overseas employment for Indian workers and ensure international recognition of their skills.Restructuring the NCO to meet the labour market demands of 2026—characterized by digitalization, automation, and skill-based employment—must become a priority for policymakers & the Ministry of Labour & Employment
