Honorable PM Sir, Bihar mai flood ko tackle karne ke liye ek Nodal Officer appoint kiya jaye jo na keval abhi ke situation ko handle kare balki future mai aise integrated initiative ke madhyam se flood ko control kiya ja sake. Iske liye ek long-term master plan banane ki zarurat hai.

Respected Sir/Madam, I am submitting a citizen representation for the kind consideration of the Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi Ji, on the urgent need to improve road discipline, traffic enforcement and civic responsibility in India. The attached note highlights concerns around reckless and wrong-side driving, poor enforcement, non-functional traffic cameras, unpaid eChallans, avoidable congestion, fuel wastage and road fatalities. It also suggests stronger penalties, action against habitual offenders, improved fine recovery, police/RTO accountability and road-safety education from Class 8 onwards. I sincerely request that this representation be forwarded to the concerned Ministry/Department for appropriate consideration and action. Wishing Hon’ble Prime Minister Modi Ji a very Happy Birthday in advance, with good health and continued service to the nation. Regards, Sajith
