In Indian corporate sector, Salary calculation based on previous company pay and salary non disclosure agreement by employee is a common and standard HR practice. This is leading to 2 people doing same amount of same job in same organization getting highly different pay which is workplace inequality, discrimination and unethical. Western countries have already banned it and consider it highly unethical exploitation. Requesting action against this by law

      1. Psychometric test should be integrated as a standard practice in all selection tests, including admission to professional courses and jobs to find out the suitability of the candidates for the profession. 2. Periodic Psychometric assessment should be part of the school education system to identify improvement areas of a pupil.

My suggestion Observe 1 day a week as bharat day This day every one does 1 good deed for the country Private working people ... example - go by public transport once a week - contribute time and effort towards social causes once a week .. areas such as education, skill development Government staff - observe a bharat consumer day ... once a week .. with no corruption .. only honest work - govt staff to also give time and effort towards social causes

In the corruption index the position of India is very low. Mostly the business men and the public servants have a nexus to gain in every sphere of life. But the government is promoting the contractual labour in every sectors. There are rules and codes for the employment of the labour. But thoe are not followed. Labours are exploited by the contractors with the help of the public servants who engage them. It is not a honesty country. This type of employment increases the corruption. For lowering the cost of the employment through contract, government is opening the option of personal gain. Very few cases are detected and punished. Exploitation of labour perpetuating. The policy of the governmment of contract to be changed. In this corrupt scenario how strict implementation of law is possible?
