As all know water is most important resource to survive for all the live beings and there are many areas where people struggle for water while on the other side people wasting it somewhere it's just 50 rupees tap not get fixed and due to that thousand litter of water get wasted. To avoid future scarcity of water and and set more accountability there should be strict rule require so due carless if water getting wasted liable individual and organization should be punished by doing that we can save a nectar in form of water.

State Governments will be well advised to call for offers to implement pre-approved (all central and state approvals in place- implementation can be started the next day of award) projects in priority areas by any entity. These projects may be sweetened by fiscal and financial incentives specific to the each of the rhe projects. State and central contributions / incentives may be in form of initial seed amounts and then monetization of Government taxes and dues will moratoriums of ten years or so.

India needs massive investment to upgrade it's infrastructure in all sectors to the level aspired by citizens. Present model of Government led investment is able to provide only a fraction. Private investments by citizens, Indian and foreign entities can be channelizes through policies of ensuring risks and providing guarantees fora threshold level of returns. Announce from Red Fort Swiss challenge method for any infrastructure project by any entity for which the Central and State governments provide risk cum return guarantees for specified projects to catapult infrastructure build ups.

A Proposal for Stronger Citizen Participation in Democracy India already has platforms like MyGov where citizens can share opinions, but their participation generally remains advisory. I propose exploring a secure, verified and independent system where substantial citizen participation can have a defined institutional response. This should not apply to every bill. Complex matters such as taxation, economic policy, defence and financial regulation should remain with Parliament and experts. However, on major social and public-interest issues, citizens could receive simple, unbiased information, hear arguments from different sides, vote securely, suggest alternatives and even initiate issues themselves. Predefined participation thresholds could trigger different responses—such as government examination, parliamentary committee consideration or mandatory discussion—without automatically making public opinion law or overriding the Constitution. The system must be accessible to everyone.

Respected PM Modi Ji, over 1600 annual road deaths in Delhi NCR largely on corridors like the Ring Road and Outer Ring Road demand urgent national attention. High speed driving combined with poor lane discipline regularly risks innocent lives.In Mann Ki Baat please appeal to India’s youth to prioritize safety over speed. We need automated smart speed detection networks integrated with navigation apps and engineering fixes at black spots to save lives.If we can limit the speed of vehicles to maximum 80km/hour, will save lakhs of young lives every year as they account for more than 60% of total deaths.It may appear an impossible task to implement but at least can take a pilot project to assess how much lives can be saved by limiting speed on a high risk road.On a road where two wheelers, cyclists and pedestrians are moving why one should drive at high speed endangering lives of everyone.Just imagine the situations of family members who are loosing their near and dear on road accidents.

The recent CPT and youth protests against the malpractices in the entrance exams have brought out 6 pertinent points for the youth, State Governments and Union Government to seriously examine and initiate corrective measures for the improvement of the higher education system in India. 1: Why do we need entrance tests in addition to the higher education curriculum prevailing in India. 2: What purposes do these entrance examinations serve in the interests of our students and youth. 3: Are rural students at a financial disadvantage when compared to their urban counterparts, because of these entrance examinations. 4: Are entrance examination coaching institutes eyeing the entrance examination system in India as a profitable, commercial business. 5: Can we do away with these entrance examinations if they do not serve their intended purposes. 6: How do we reform our existing higher education sector to meet the requirements our students and youth, both in the rural and urban areas

कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी के द्वारा जो आंदोलन हुआ है मैं उसका समर्थन नहीं करता हूं लेकिन सरकार से अनुरोध करना चाहता हूं कि भविष्य में इस प्रकार के आंदोलन ना हो तो कुछ परिवर्तन करना पड़े तो कीजिए हम सरकार के साथ में हैं जैसा की बहुत सारी बातें होती है युवा कहना चाहता है युवा मोर्चे के पदाधिकारी कहने की कोशिश करते हैं लेकिन कुछ बातों को गंभीरता से नहीं लिया जाता है एक विषय को बार-बार बोलने पर उसे विषय का विरोध समझ लिया जाता है हम सरकार को नए सुझाव देकर नियमों में परिवर्तन करना चाहते हैं जो वास्तविक स्थिति है उसको ठीक ढंग से प्रस्तुत करने की हमारी मंशा रहती है लेकिन क्या है हम पदाधिकारी का सम्मान करते हैं इसलिए हमें कई बार चुप भी रहना पड़ता है हम सरकार के समर्थन में और सहयोग हमेशा खड़े हैं और खड़े रहेंगे धन्यवाद
