आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, सादर प्रणाम। मैं उत्तराखंड के टिहरी गढ़वाल से “शराब नहीं, संस्कार” जनजागरूकता अभियान के माध्यम से आपका ध्यान नशामुक्त समाज की ओर आकर्षित करना चाहता हूँ। पिछले कई वर्षों से इस पहल के माध्यम से उत्तराखंड में 500से अधिक ग्राम पंचायतों द्वारा नशामुक्त ग्राम घोषित कर नशामुक्ति की शपथ, नशामुक्त विवाह एवं नशा मुक्त सामाजिक आयोजनों को बढ़ावा देने का प्रयास किया गया है। हमारा अनुभव है कि नशे के विरुद्ध स्थायी परिवर्तन केवल कानून से नहीं, बल्कि परिवार, महिलाओं, युवाओं और ग्राम समाज की सामूहिक भागीदारी से संभव है। मेरा विनम्र सुझाव है कि “मन की बात” में नशामुक्त भारत के लिए जनभागीदारी का आह्वान किया जाए, ताकि प्रत्येक गांव और मोहल्ला नशे से दूर रहने तथा युवाओं को शिक्षा, खेल, संस्कार और सकारात्मक जीवनशैली से जोड़ने का संकल्प ले। उत्तराखंड से निकली यह पहल देश के अन्य राज्यों के लिए भी प्रेरणा बन सकती है। संदेश हो—“नशा नहीं, संस्कार चुनें; नशा नहीं, स्वस्थ और खुशहाल परिवार चुनें।”

युवाओं के रोजगार के लिए 7-वर्षीय सरकारी सेवा मॉडल संदेश: भारत में सरकारी नौकरियों के सीमित अवसर और युवाओं में सरकारी नौकरी की preference को देखते हुए मेरा सुझाव है कि चयनित गैर-विशेषीकृत सरकारी पदों को 7 वर्ष की निश्चित सेवा बनाया जाए। 7 वर्ष के बाद कर्मचारी को Career Fund + 6 महीने की Free Skill/Business Training + सीमित Transition Support देकर Business, Private Job या Further Education की ओर बढ़ने का अवसर दिया जाए और उस पद पर नए युवा को मौका मिले। इससे सरकारी रोजगार के अवसर बढ़ने के साथ Private Jobs, Entrepreneurship और नए रोजगार को भी बढ़ावा मिल सकता है। मेरा सुझाव है कि इसे पहले selected posts पर pilot project के रूप में test किया जाए। पूरा मॉडल संलग्न image में दिया गया है।

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी, हम आपसे गुजरात में थैलेसीमिया मेजर से पीड़ित बच्चों की स्थिति के बारे में बात करना चाहते हैं। जैसा कि आप जानते हैं, थैलेसीमिया मेजर के मामले हर साल लगभग 15,000 की दर से बढ़ रहे हैं। सरकारी अस्पतालों में थैलेसीमिया मेजर की दवाओं की स्थिति बहुत खराब है। प्रशासनिक नीतियों और/या संबंधित अधिकारियों की लापरवाही के कारण, खास दवाओं और इंजेक्शनों (जैसे केल्फर 500mg और डेसफेरल इंजेक्शन) की सही सप्लाई और स्टॉक उपलब्ध नहीं है। हम आपसे अनुरोध करते हैं कि सरकारी अस्पतालों में इन दवाओं और इंजेक्शनों का सही स्टॉक बनाए रखने के लिए उचित व्यवस्था करें, ताकि गरीब और मध्यम वर्गीय परिवारों की मदद हो सके। हम चाहते हैं कि 'मन की बात' के ज़रिए इस मुद्दे पर राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर चर्चा हो, अगर आप अपने अगले एपिसोड में इस विषय को शामिल करने की अनुमति दें। धन्यवाद सर।

Hon’ble Prime Minister, I fully support road safety and understand the importance of helmets. However, I humbly request consideration of a local-road exemption for short-distance rides within the rider’s registered RTO/district, particularly where adequate road-safety infrastructure is not available. At a minimum, enforcement and fines should be proportionate to the availability and condition of basic road infrastructure. Citizens should not face strict penalties while travelling on poorly maintained local roads lacking proper lighting, markings, signage and safe junctions. Road safety should be a shared responsibility—compliance from citizens and adequate infrastructure from authorities.

Win win situation for Traffic automation with no cost Govt can fix AI based Traffic cameras above signal for automatic fine system That camera should be linked to internet & Aadhar & vehicle data base Then program in following way for auto fine by scanning vehicle number plate 1) If any vehicle crossed signal or the line next to zebra crossing at red signal, then automatically challan should be generated by sending video recording link to vehicle owner 2) If vehicle papers are expire but still vehicle is traveling then fine automatically 3) Traffic management with help of AI. Signals AI camera / machine should communicate with other near by signals to automatically streamline traffic 4) Ambulance driver can login to app to convey signals to clear traffic when he is heading towards an signal Govt can do PPP model where private players will manage this & give royalty to govt or govt can give them 10 to 20 % of the collection in fine as their operating cost

The need for honesty and responsibility in government works is very important. The lack of honesty is the reason for NEET paper leakage. This is the reason for the Sabarimala gold theft which hurt the faith of all Ayyappa devotees all over the world. All institutions need to have due diligence and proper record keeping, Please tell all government officers to do their allotted works with dedication and have a high level of responsibility towards the citizens. our 80th Independence Day gave a chance to the all the citizens of the country to think about how they can make the country stronger by doing responsible services. everyone needs to contribute to this regard when our Nation looking for reaching to greater goals and self reliance (vikasit bharat)

Please speak about quality skill-based education, better career guidance, employment opportunities, apprenticeships, entrepreneurship and the importance of practical learning along with academic knowledge. Many students, especially from small towns and rural areas, have talent but lack proper guidance and access to opportunities. It would also be valuable to encourage young people to develop discipline, digital skills, creativity, innovation and a sense of responsibility towards the nation. I believe that empowering our youth with the right skills, confidence and opportunities can make India stronger, self-reliant and a global leader.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, आपके प्रधानमंत्रित्व काल में एक से बढ़कर एक महत्वपूर्ण सुधार हुए हैं। वर्तमान में EV Car Owners एक विकट समस्या का सामना कर रहे हैं। लोग EV Car तो खरीद रहे हैं, लेकिन जब हाईवे पर यात्रा करते हैं, तो रास्ते में EV Charging Stations का Working Condition में मिलना लगभग नामुमकिन हो जाता है। अधिकांश EV Charging Stations अक्सर किसी न किसी छोटी-सी समस्या के कारण Not Working Condition में रहते हैं। आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि कृपया इस समस्या के स्थायी समाधान के लिए कुछ ऐसा प्रभावी कदम उठाया जाए, जिससे EV Charging Stations की Availability, Reliability और Uptime सुनिश्चित हो सके और EV Car Owners को हाईवे पर यात्रा करते समय Range Anxiety का सामना न करना पड़े। धन्यवाद। 🙏
