Sir, day by day our forest cover is decreasing. Indian Railways controls large stretches of land alongside railway tracks. Wherever sufficient width is available and it does not affect railway safety or future expansion, native trees can be planted and maintained. This can increase the country's green cover, reduce soil erosion, improve biodiversity and create green corridors across India.

Extending these modules into higher education ensures young adults actively learn public decorum, traffic discipline, community etiquette, and functional democratic governance.
