मेरा सुझाव है कि भारत में विद्यार्थियों और युवाओं को स्कूल एवं कॉलेज स्तर से ही Artificial Intelligence (AI) और डिजिटल तकनीक की व्यावहारिक जानकारी दी जाए। ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के विद्यार्थियों के लिए भी AI, कंप्यूटर और इंटरनेट की शिक्षा आसानी से उपलब्ध होनी चाहिए। सरकार द्वारा निःशुल्क AI प्रशिक्षण, ऑनलाइन कोर्स और डिजिटल लैब की सुविधा बढ़ाई जाए, ताकि विद्यार्थी नई तकनीकों को सीखकर रोजगार और स्वरोजगार के बेहतर अवसर प्राप्त कर सकें। साथ ही विद्यार्थियों को AI का सही और सुरक्षित उपयोग करना भी सिखाया जाए।

“विकसित भारत” का संकल्प देश के लिए एक बड़ी उम्मीद है। लेकिन मेरी चिंता यह है कि विकसित भारत की राह में सबसे बड़ी चुनौतियों में से एक हमारी सरकारी व्यवस्था में जवाबदेही की कमी है। देश के सरकारी कर्मचारी जनता के टैक्स के पैसे से वेतन लेते हैं। सरकार उन पर भरोसा करके योजनाएँ, सेवाएँ और जिम्मेदारियाँ सौंपती है। लेकिन क्या कभी राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर यह आकलन किया गया है कि कितने कर्मचारी समय पर कार्यालय आते हैं, कितने काम समय पर पूरे करते हैं और कितनी फाइलें/आवेदन महीनों या वर्षों से लंबित हैं? सरकारी कार्यालयों में अनिवार्य biometric attendance, आवश्यक स्थानों पर CCTV, online application tracking, प्रत्येक सेवा की निश्चित समय-सीमा और employee-wise performance monitoring क्यों नहीं हो सकती? PM Surya Ghar Yojana इसका एक अच्छा उदाहरण है। यह योजना अपेक्षाकृत सुचारु रूप से इसलिए आगे बढ़ रही है क्योंकि बिजली वितरण कंपनियों Private है और उनकी जवाबदेही और performance पर स्पष्ट निगरानी है। अगर यही व्यवस्था पूरी तरह सरकारी विभागों के भरोसे छोड़ दी जाती और जवाबदेही तय नहीं होती, तो यह संभव नहीं होता ।

सुझाव Traffic Rule हमारे परम अदारनिए प्रधान मंत्री जी महाशय सेवा मे सविनय निवेदन यह हैकि भारत मे सड़क के बाहिने तरफ (LEFT SIDE) से गाड़ी और आम आदमी को चलने का नियम है इसके वजह से पीछे से आनेवाली गड़िया आगे चल रहे public को कुचल देती है और यह अनुमान है कि सड़क दुर्घटना मे पीछे से ठोंकने की घटना का Ratio लगभग 25-30% है। हमने लगभग 750 लोगों का survey किया सभी ने विचार दिए की Vehicle और Public दोनों Opposite Direction मे चलेंगे तो ऐसे दुर्घटना से बचा जा सकता है। अतः #Traffic_Rule मे गाड़ियों (All Kind Vehicle) को सड़क पर Left side से चलना और आम आदमी को Right Side से चलने का ट्राफिक नियम हो जाए तो ऐसे दुर्घटना को पूर्णतः रोक जा सकता है। चुकी ऐसा होने पर गाड़ी का ड्राइवर और पैदल यात्री दोनों एक दूसरे पर नजर रखेंगे विषम स्थिति मे भी कम से कम किसी एक की नजर दूसरे पर होगा जिससे दुर्घटना से बचा जा सकता है। अतः आप से निवेदन यह है कि आम आदमी को Right Side से पैदल चलाने का निया बने। ऐसे नियम के लिए proper #FootOverBridge हो Road पर Crossing का sign और अन्य Sign हो। Passenger Veh
