India can transform millions of tonnes of cattle and buffalo dung from a rural waste burden into a strategic national resource—generating clean energy, organic fertiliser, farmer income, rural employment, and a new circular economy through district-level cooperative processing.

Bharat has seen Digital revolution under your leadership, there has been tremendous progress on this front, however, Minsiters and bureacracy has not adapted it with full spirit. I've experienced it many times. Whenever, I've tried to reach out to the Ministers or senior bureaucrates of IAS level thorugh email, i've never received the proper response, it shows lack of Email etiquette from their side. In this digital era, Ministers and Govt. offcers should not expect that people will queue up in their office to share their issues as people live out of Delhi and are busy earning their livelihood. EMAIL communication shall be taken seriously and process should be laid to ensure common man's emails are responded by their office. Please define and issue Email communication Guidelines to all minsitry to ensure citizen's complaints are heard , acknowledged and respondedn. Recenty i wrote to Mr Ashwini Vaishnav raising issue related to a Partcular train but didn't receive any reply.

I would like to suggest that elected representatives, especially MPs and MLAs, should have more regular interaction with the people of their constituencies. They could organize public meetings at regular intervals to listen to citizens’ concerns and grievances. This would improve communication, increase public trust, and help address local issues more effectively. I believe such regular engagement would strengthen democracy and make governance more people-oriented.”

I would like to share a suggestion regarding greater public engagement by elected representatives. I sincerely appreciate the hard work being undertaken by our Hon'ble Prime Minister and senior leaders for the development of the country. However, despite these efforts, there remains considerable dissatisfaction among the general public regarding various issues, particularly civic issues that directly affect the day-to-day lives of citizens. In my view, there is a need for greater and more regular engagement between MPs/MLAs and the people of their constituencies. After elections, there often appears to be NO direct interaction with the public to understand their concerns and grievances. I would therefore like to suggest that MPs and MLAs be encouraged, or preferably required, to publish a structured schedule of public meetings in different parts of their constituencies, perhaps once every six months. During these meetings, citizens could directly raise their cooncern
