I would like the Prime Minister to talk about the issues that matter most to Gen Z, such as career opportunities, skill development, AI and technology, mental well-being, and social media awareness. Young people face a lot of academic and career pressure, so guidance and opportunities can help us build a better future. I also want to know how Gen Z can actively contribute to making India more developed, innovative and sustainable.

Make it easier and safer for the youth to get part time jobs in India. In college campuses, school campuses, corporates, government. Let them learn and earn side by side. That will boost the economy as well. Plus, early participation will also solve the problem of the shrinking working population. We should not be over populated agian, anyway.

We are seeing more increased collaboration internally between different regions in India and with Sweden. Reading, writing, documentation, English etc are gaining more importance. Like Singapore, strategic use of English as a common link language nationally and internationally will mean faster progress. Within the next 10 years, if diffrernt region Indians can speak to each other fluently in English and to the outside world in English, then one less friction for governance.

Better Justice System is the need of the hour for better governance. Make law and order an attractive career option.

Make Indians internally collaborative and globally ready. Two language formulae more than enough. Top scientists and elite students from Tamil Nadu did not need Hindi. They needed Tamil for regional languge and connectedness to their home and English to speak to the rest of the country and to the world. Indians always benefitted most from international exchange of information even during Taxila, Nalanda, Algebra invention times. To do that, make sure Indians are proficient in their regional language and in English and taught by native English speaking, highly qualified English teachers and professors. Middle Class and Rich children are already benefitting from English, why should the poor and the lower class be left behind? Some of our best leaders eeven during the British struggle were foreign educated.

Students and children being compressed through Coaching Centre factories that focus on memorising rather than learning concepts. Should be shut down. Invest all that money in actual schools and colleges. Hire well qualified teachers. Put a stop to memorisation and speed tests.

Remove systemic inefficiencies that make Indian women desensitised to Daily Street Harassment. On buses, trains, public transport, roads, etc. As soon as a woman steps out of the house or is outside late at night, she is a target. Bring foreign analysts to diagnose the problem and suggest solutions as they are not desensitised and respect their women more.

Legal cases against poorly built infrastructure. Bridges and Roads. Sustainability should be inbuilt.

Indians do not have the time to take care of their health or their family or plan children. Many are willingly never having kids. Make the daily living and the work easier. Make childcare centres closer to work. Make travelling and commute easier and safer. Cap work hours at 8.5. Once the current conditions improve, couples will naturally plan children. Remove the stigma around pre marital relationships so that Indians can choose wisely and from experience. Make sex education compulsory in educational institutions. Introduce it gradually from Kindergarten level so that the children are desensitised to it. Make English teh default language of educated, working India so that different states and regions can collaborate together and be united.

Agree with a stronger faster justice system. Nobody fears law because any crime can always get entangled in a slow process and is harder to prove. We need faster, more robust system and need a way to clear all cases pending for more than 20 years. Once the backlog is cleared, we can focus on quickly addressing the daily needs of common people and middle class citizens. Set up FAST TRACK COURTS and highly qualified JUDGES in every city and every district. It should be proportional to the population. India would need roughly 46,800 additional sanctioned judges to reach 50/million to ensure a fair system. JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED.
