नए भारत के लिए नए शिक्षा का मॉडल: प्रतिभा और कौशल संवर्धन व आत्महत्या-मुक्त समाज का निर्माण कई बार हम समाज में देखते हैं कि हमारे जन-प्रतिनिधियों को उनकी अकादमिक डिग्रियों या नंबरों के आधार पर आंका जाता है। यह विडंबना है ## कि विपक्ष द्वारा प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी जैसी हस्तियों पर भी डिग्रियों को लेकर सवाल उठाए जाते हैं,## जबकि दूसरी ओर तेजस्वी यादव, तेज प्रताप यादव, और सम्राट चौधरी जैसे नेताओं के पास भी विशिष्ट नेतृत्व क्षमता और जमीनी समझ है, भले ही वे पारंपरिक अकादमिक मापदंडों में अलग दिखते हों। यदि यह मापदंड बड़े-बड़े मंत्रियों को भी मानसिक रूप से प्रताड़ित कर सकता है, तो आप सोच सकते हैं कि आम इंसान के लिए यह कितना कठिन होता होगा, जब उन्हें अपने कौशल के प्रदर्शन का मौका नहीं मिलता। कई बार बच्चों के अंदर अलग-अलग टैलेंट होते हैं, जैसे कोई म्यूजिक में अच्छा है, तो कोई स्पोर्ट्स में, लेकिन हम उन्हें आज भी सिर्फ उनके नंबरों के आधार पर जज करते हैं। पढ़ाई केवल एक कौशल है, इसे ही सब कुछ मान लेना सही नहीं है। हम एक ऐसा शिक्षा मॉडल तैयार कर रहे हैं जो हर बच्चे की प्रतिभा को निखारे ।

Hon’ble Prime Minister ji, Tamil Nadu has a remarkable tradition of managing water through temples tanks, village ponds, ooranis, lakes, canals and traditional rainwater-harvesting systems. These systems were designed by our ancestors according to local geography, rainfall patterns and community needs. Today, water security is becoming one of India’s most important challenges. My humble suggestion is to create a “National Traditional Water Wisdom Mission”, inspired by successful traditional practices from Tamil Nadu and other parts of India. Every village could be encouraged to adopt and protect at least one traditional water body, with schools and colleges documenting its history, Tamil Nadu’s traditional water wisdom can become a national model for water security. Let us restore traditional water bodies, combine indigenous knowledge with modern technology, and encourage every village to protect at least one water body. Save Every Drop. माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, Viksit Bharat @2047 से प्रेरित होकर मेरा सुझाव है कि भारत में “Young Entrepreneur Industrial Lease Model” शुरू किया जाए। आज सरकार MSMEs को subsidy देती है, लेकिन first-generation entrepreneur की सबसे बड़ी समस्या शुरुआत में होती है—महंगी जमीन और setup cost। कई युवा जमीन खरीदने में ही अपनी पूंजी लगा देते हैं और factory शुरू नहीं कर पाते। सरकार/Industrial Development Corporation योग्य युवाओं को industrial land long-term concessional lease पर दे। जमीन सरकार की रहे और युवा अपनी पूंजी machine, technology व production में लगाए। साथ ही हर Industrial Area में Entrepreneurship Centre हो, जहाँ स्थानीय उद्योगों के CEO, Purchase, Production और Finance Heads हर सप्ताह युवाओं को practical business training दें। इसका Pilot Project Mandideep, Madhya Pradesh से शुरू किया जाए और सफल होने पर पूरे भारत में लागू किया जाए। Subsidy बाद में नहीं, शुरुआत में opportunity दीजिए। “सरकार जमीन दे, उद्योग ज्ञान दे और युवा रोजगार दे।” यही Viksit Bharat @2047 की मजबूत नींव बनेगी।
