I propose a scheme to create 10 lacs plus jobs for persons with 8-12 standard education without any load on Govt Finances. Road Accidents, Road Management, Trauma, Human loss, Loss to Economy, Lawlessness, Unruly traffic etc. are huge issues. We have Judiciary, Police, Admin, Traffic Police etc. but the issues faced are not addressed by this group adequately resulting in huge loss in terms of humanity and money. I take the example of Dubai. They introduced traffic wardens - quite non descrip people - issuing challans for all offences, parking whatever is noticed in their territory - A small walkable area - No arguments no discussions just issue the challans. Overall they work under Traffic police. Plus dedicated teams for challan collection in all cities. These young people will be paid 30-50,000 per month out of collection. Traffic will improve, loss will minimize and life will be better for all.

My speculation says that people have Atmost faith on Defence forces because every caste religion region language from every constituencies of India don't have discrimination more over they fight together for every citizen without fear. Although we have seen no corruption prolonged in Millitary Judiciary governance and Administration work throughout India. So my humble request to you and all nation give chance and nominate retired Defence forces in Upcoming elections because they are known for their dignity discipline courage knowledge experience commitment moral Loyalty sacrifices and nation first attitude before their families benefits. conclusion everyone will praise this initiative.
