Established ‘Save Bharalu Abhiyan’, in Sept/ 2021 to create awareness among public regarding Bharalu’s dying state and need to rejuvenate. Brahmaputra’s tributary Bharalu, once flowing across the city contributing to (a) Guwahati’s ecosystem, (b) draining out the excess rain water to prevent urban flooding, common since eighties, was transformed into ‘a sewage & waste carrying drain’ with sewage and rampant waste dumping by citizens. Its rejuvenation will (i) restore ecosystem, (ii) mitigate threat to public health, (iii) prevent menace of flooding. After various awareness & educative programs involving citizens over last five years, people realised Bharalu’s importance and urgent need for revival and started joining our campaign. Our efforts paid when Chief Minister of Assam declared on 19.5.26 a 1459 crores scheme for Managing flooding of Guwahati by executing (a) Bahini & Bharalu basin project, (b) Automated pumping station (c) Smart Sewerage system

प्रधानमंत्री जी, मेरा सुझाव है कि देश के जिन स्कूलों में मिड डे मील ( पोषटीक आहार) का प्रावधान व वितरण करने का प्रस्ताव या निर्णय हो, उसे किसी भी ठेकेदार को ना देकर, इस व्यवस्था की ज़िम्मेदारी किसी अधिकृत सामाजिक संस्थाओं जैसे इसकान, अक्षय पत्रा foundation, Annamrita foundation या अन्य जैसे Local Decentralized Women Self-Help Groups (SHGs) वगैरह ऐसी ही संस्थाओं को सौंपी जानी चाहिए । यह संगठन व संस्थाएं साफ सुथरा व पौष्टिक आहार परोसने में सक्षम व सक्रिय रहेंगी। यह संस्थान कम मुनाफा व सेवा भाव से संचालित होती है। प्राईवेट ठेकेदार सरकारी कर्मचारियों के दबाव में आकर भ्रष्टाचार में लिप्त होने के संभावित रहते हैं । प्राईवेट ठेकेदारों का चालचलन व चरित्र से भोजन की शुद्धता व गुणवत्ता से बच्चों की सेहत व स्वास्थ्य के लिए हानिकारक व ख़तरनाक साबित होते रहे हैं। ज़रूर विचार करें ।

Taiwan style receipt lottery could improve tax compliance India should consider adapting Taiwan’s Uniform Invoice Lottery for GST purchases. Taiwan has used it since 1951 to encourage consumers to demand receipts, reducing hidden sales and tax evasion. Electronic invoices also qualify. India could create an India Digital Receipt Reward Scheme linked to GST invoices. Every genuine invoice could enter a monthly draw. Hundreds of ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 prizes and a few major prizes of ₹1 lakh, ₹10 lakh or ₹1 crore could encourage consumers to say “Give me the bill.” The system could use GST and UPI, with prizes transferred to verified winners. Extra rewards could encourage digital invoices. Promoting digital payments can reduce cash transactions and help boost our economy and curb black money. This is a tool for tax compliance, invoice generation and digitalisation. MyGov could pilot it and measure whether receipt demand and GST reporting increase.

Respected Prime Minister, I'd like to suggest a theme for an upcoming episode: the growing link between mobile phone recharge costs and access to government welfare schemes. Today, a mobile number is no longer optional — it's the gateway to receiving OTPs for Aadhaar-linked services, ration card verification, and free food grain distribution for BPL families. Yet telecom tariffs keep rising, and even the most basic recharge to simply keep a number active (and able to receive an incoming call or OTP) now costs upwards of ₹300 a month. For a family classified as below the poverty line, this becomes a hidden cost attached to a benefit that is supposed to be free. I would be grateful if you could speak on this — perhaps encouraging telecom operators to offer a low-cost "OTP and incoming calls only" plan for citizens who don't need data or bundled services, so that no one is priced out of a scheme meant to help them.
