With globalization and liberalization of Indian Economy in last two decades, numerous domestic and international companies have been drawn to investing in new modes of business/ business models targeted at the huge domestic market especially in the consumer goods & services. Direct Selling is one of these modes where goods /services are sold directly by the producer/service provider to the consumers. For this different models such as Multi Level/Network marketing, Door to Door Selling, Online Selling, Tele-shopping are being used. These practices are new and different from traditional retail through shops. In the absence of a proper regulatory framework, retail through these models leads to consumer grievances, trader’s issues, slow growth of the sector etc.

The aim of this discussion is to deliberate and evolve views of all stakeholders for providing a regulatory framework to the sector.

Qnet is one of the most transparent, ethical and logical companies to be associated with. Due to a complete lack of regulation and laws monnitoring the Direct Selling industry a lot of people lack trust and let go a wonderful opportunity which can help change their and families lives for ever. Please come with strong laws and regulations around this industry so that legitimate players like Qnet and people associated with such companies can do this business fearlessly and build their lives.

The Direct selling industry is the best forum to generate entrepreneurial aspirations at the least investment and it cuts across multiple channels through elimination of Distribution pyramid thus costing lowest in its category of Products/Services. There is also a concept of exchange of Value in terms of Products/services and Money which is why it is not a scam. QNet has been in Business since 1998 & also works for various philanthropic causes with UNICEF & on its Own in India & in many nations.

Income incurred from Qnet is legal and ethical. It is accepted globally by many countries, and is empowering various strata's of society. It has changed my life , wherein I can dream of fulfilling my dreams, and helping others, in achieving theirs. Govt shud understand this with open mind.Rather than punishing the representatives, for nothing but working hard, to earn in a ethical way, govt should enforce laws, to encourage more people, to get started with their own source of income.

Direct Selling provides an opportunity to be sustainable and independent financially. And Qnet gives a platform to be an Entrepreneur, which developes Leadership skills and financial condition. The best part of Qnet is it helps in the growth of countries economy by providing self employment and paying corresponding taxes. I'm glad that, I'm part of Qnet in Direct Selling which is the finest and rapidly growing Industry on the globe. Thanks & Regards Nitin

Starting business as an entrepreneur with QNET is the best decision which I took. It provides an avenue to do business in a legal and ethical way to generate passive income. All its products are exclusive, futuristic and value for money. QNET is doing a great job by creating entrepreneurs through this business which is a deadly combination of E-commerce and direct selling. Direct selling business will take India to the next era. Need for a regulatory body for direct selling business in India.
