About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

So empliment the promise.
And give a many jobs to youth and 62 retarded employee policy end of because old man not working any other filled properly

Please make the rules for Ladies above 40 years, who were abondoned by husband/widower/not getting any supolpoort from parental side... Besides we have the educational qualification and expereince we could not get any job opportunity in private and government services.. When we crossed 40 years old, dont we are not qualified for getting job opportunity in government.??

I am 49 years lady, having B.A. English Lit Degree, passed Typing in Tamil and English in higher grade... passed ECCEd... also.. Having computwr knowledge...

My grievances is....

I dont get any financial and moral support of My husband for the last 5 years.as we departed not legally. If I apply any job in private or.gov. my age is prohibiting.
Why dont the government make the rule for the ladies besides above 40, who are being abondoned by husband and not getting support from parental side?

Sir/ma'am,
Today crimes against women are increasing so in order to protect them a special group of 3-4 persons including women should be made and they will protect them from crimes and it will also provide them employment. They will operate in an area of 4-5 kms online in cities where these crimes happen and they will protect women
