PROB: Rape cases are the major problem and victims are mostly the working women.

SOL: Government should introduce the exclusive bus service for women in all major cities during critical hours (8PM to 5AM, 1 hr interval) with one armed Lady and Gent cop. Size and fare of the bus can be decided on the load of each route. Every woman should sms to Traffic police before boarding the bus.

Sir we can re issue Aadhar card with Nano chip inbuilt in which all bank details, pan card, property details etc is linked to this. If any details is not updated and found during audit then that becomes property of gov. In this way people will bring their black money out. This card should be used compulsory for doing transaction like purchasing grocery, restaurant, shopping and even at pan shop. This will gen revenue and there will be no cash transaction. Train students both in software and hardware part, export them to Foreign Univs under Mutual Exchange Programmes.. There will be no brain drain but Brain Gain

First please task them to develop devices/material/systems/technology for use of defence services, which . Five years later these organisations can be used to developed devices for use of industry/society.
