i want to gave a advices on cyber security. in this field our country is not performe so well.our country people document and information is not safe.hacker findout there info and make a fool so that its necssity to recurement a huge number of hacker. and provid a tranig to our unemlployed software engineering. it gave a two way advantage one side our country document safe and other way job for innovative youth

Currently if a person is layed off by software companies, the only bulk amount he gets is "severance amount". Currently even this also gets taxed ... which is not a healthy practice and also not so good practice on moral grounds.

Most of the times, if middle level employees gets layed off , mostly , they would be starting everything new in their life as getting a job is not easy for them

Service guys at petrol pump divert your attention while filling the petrol. They do not fill petrol as told by you. They do this all the time. If you say something they will higher their voice and shout at you stating they will call their union and beat you. Please look into this matter. Thanks..
