Rajasthan itself can take care of entire mineral need of India. Rajasthan has petroleum, zinc, silver, rock phosphate, potash and 100 types of stone marbles. If you develop a policy to auction all of this, then one can just imagine the employment it can generate.

Sir, a small but absolutely necessary observation -- Most of the Government establishments, including ALL facilities have been over-designed for electrical, air-conditioning and other infrastructure. This causes not only additional capital cost, but also causes drain of precious energy resources. The designs look ok on paper - but papers are governed by outdated design guidelines, equipment makes and specifications. Re-look into design guidelines is essential.

. Nowhere in the world do they have a cap on production. We share a boundary with NMDC. which can produce as much as it wants. The discrimination must go. They should allow private sector to have a level playing field. India can't run on crutches. Hopefully, the Modi government is looking to find a solution.

Simplifying policy. Give the power of public decision making in the hand of collector. Make him a business development manager. Let me give you a small example, government differentiates limestone and bauxite. Limestone does not require any licensing, you don't have to go to Delhi. But for bauxite and iron ore you have thousand more processes. Why can't we bring the process of limestone to other industrial minerals?

1. Behavioral change must start from schools. Teach kids the benefits of energy efficiency. Give this as an assignment to kids and grade them on how energy efficient their homes are. This way, the parents will be encouraged to explore energy efficient options and implement them.
2. Have competitions in districts and award the most energy efficient home.
3. There should be more advertisements on energy efficiency and the problems we will face if homes are not energy efficient.

Modi bhai, Do not tinker with 25 Dec Xmas celebration. The day of governance should be every day for PMO down, bureaucracy K to K.. Stop vandalism of churches! Stop the stupid conversion to Hindu business. Do not act GOD. JUST REMEMBER YOUR PROMISES AND WORK ON DELIVERY, SO WE CAN TRUST YOU.

Let there be compulsory vehicle check up every year for its road worthiness. A sticker on number plate should indicate validity of annual registration. It will lead to lesser accidents, lesser vehicle pollution and increased employment opportunities to the authorised and skilled technicians. However private vehicle usage should be discouraged by planning and installing dependable and reliable public transport system
