We have studied moral science and SUPW( Social useful productive work). All the schools acedmics this subjects are available. Moral sciecne (Class 1-8, and supw class 9th).
These subjects don't get priority since their marks is not added in final ranking/grade system, as well only limited to books.
As a kid we need to keep in practice as well, and kid should have hours system, how much he/she has spent time for social work/ serve society. I think real change will start from school.

by making compulsory installment of solar panel on newly constructing homes or buildings of more than 15lac estimated cost. and giving subsidy to them while installing it and after that the government will be able to purchase extra energy generated by solar panels at lower cost by this we can save more water and also the coal which are used in generating the energy...

Instead of suggesting the common public to use CFL or LED lamps..why can't we ban them in market ? It is more easier to say, than implementing the use of LED and CFL lamps. Before we suggest,make sure that all the government buildings be illuminated with these energy efficient lamps.as we govt buildings alone consume more power compared to hundreds of small householders. The only way to encourage using energy efficient lamps is to supply them at subsidy prices(better then that you are supplying)

Mostly using LED lights & low voltage bulbs in city side but village side using old high voltage bulb and high temperature bulb so first stop the manufacturing of high voltage home using bulb and to create awareness in village side peoples and stop to selling the high voltage home using bulb that way to keep it means to conserve the energy little bit..............

I have suggestion that , can we teach and insist peoples to reuse or to buyback reusable things.
Eg. If i am using a allout liquid bottle every month, if there is a rule that when I go to buy new one I will get some discount if I brought old empty bottel in a medical store.
Same cases like your bulb, tooth past cover i.e box, a old blade, old mobile , old electric appliances etc.
Meaning : Can we do prompt re-usabilit of product to reduce the prices of product and avoid polluti

Sir, three month back I have posted suggestion that "Option to gas subsidy to give LED BULB of 5/10/20W in lieu of gas subsidy." Gas Cylinders are 9 no. per year + 6*5/11/20W Led bulb. This will save electricity bill & Govt. will find to some extend solution on electricity crisis. 50 unit *12* 30 Cr. This decision will save Lakhs of crors. in 2015 & proper implementing scheme may save 1500 MW per month Electricity mince more than Rs.1.5 lakh Cr. may think seriously
for betterment of India.

it is seen that people are not aware with the process of generating the electric generation, they don't know about the plant efficiency, used fuel, and the problem regarding the power generation. they also don't know about the bad impact due to wastage of power or energy sources. so best way to learn these people with the help of advertisement in the television. advertise should be contained with worst impact on the society due to power loss.

Our country is mostly depended on thermal power around 70 % and the balance is coming from hydro and wind and solar .
This situation requires a huge demand of coal to feed the country with sufficient energy , which is not the case today as we are lacking behind in coal production due to technology and other resources . We are all depending and depleting our natural resources . It is very important to explore and open sectors of Oil /Gas , Solar farming , wind power to private and small scale

First tell all these people to stop cheering some rocket activities which do not gives us even one drop of water in return as ROI on the fuel used. Encourage scientists to pool bandwidth existing satellite operations.

Fund all the tender coconut vendors to convert their shells into oil and use existing coconut as diesel or fuel for heating stoves.
