Machines should be used as much as possible. Powerloom should be used to make clothes. Instead of making synthetic clothing using powerloom, see if you can innovate the technology for making cotton cloth using powerlooms.

The color of Indian clothing should be made fast by taking help from people who have done higher studies in textiles field and BSc chemistry people. They should be paid for their services of advisory.

The size of clothes built by Indian textile local companies is too small to fit the large sizes of people's bodies in the western world and in urban India.
This makes the Indian textile products less attractive. Sizes should made for large size people and not for dummy dolls.
