government should construct more hubs of handlooms near the cotton farm and have to give a value worth penny to the farmer of his cotton. Because the factory are at next to farm it'll minimise the first transportation amount and it'll be easily can be done. Government should provide the farm related schemes to farmers so they will easily get yeild of cotton and our India's handloom work will grow up.

if we wants to push textile sector, rate of gst should be lowered to 5% for all yarns, so that input costs reduces and there will no refund accumulation in textile sector due to inverted structure of gst
