Jai Hindi Modi ji - Please bring a policy to train all eunch (Transgenders) in India to learn Autorickshaw and taxis. Do not let them beg money on streets. They can be an effective autodrivers and live dignified life in the society. Its win win solution -- safe for ladies to commute in such autos and jobs for eunuch + Tax money for India growth.

I am in Kuwait and enthusiast with our Prime Minister vision of skill development, i am planning to come back very soon and will open various training institute which will help in skill development for the young one.

If we wish to control crime at-least in Delhi, we have to do the following
1. Police Verification of all the tenants is compulsory.
2. Every citizen has to carry his identity proof at all the time, so if asked he can show it.
If above two things are implemented than I am of the opinion that at-least 50% crime can be curtailed immediately and for remaining 50% we have to install cctv as much as possible to have proof of crime. If above suggestions are implemented than can be suggested more.

Indians are oceans of creative ideas, myself as an individual have lot many creative ideas to work on. But, only thing which stops us from years is lack support from government/banks. While opening a business in India you are expected to invest huge amount at early stage.
There is no concept of Seed Investment/Angel Investment in banks and that's why most of the ideas die at early stage.
Please look into this one.
More business means, more job opportunities, less crime, educated people etc.

आज के समय में एक छोटे व्यवसायी के पास आईडिया की कमी नहीं है , सिर्फ एक ही कमी है - डर और वो भी इसलिए क्योँकि साधनो की कमी हैं और उपलब्ध साधन महंगे है जैसे कार्यालय का किराया, मशीनरी की लागत इतियादि। दूसरी तरफ सरकार के पास खली पड़े दफ्तर है, कई बड़े दफ्तरों में खाली पड़े कमरे। सरकार इन कमरो को कम कीमत पर किराये पर दे सकती है जिससे बाज़ार की दरें भी कम हो जाएँगी। सरकार किसी विशेष स्थान या क्षेत्र में व्यावसायिक साधान उपलब्ध करवाये और कर के स्थान पर उन साधनो का किराया ले.

मोदी जी मन की बात में कभी राज्य सरकारों के बारे में भी बात करिये ये राज्य सरकार के अंतर्गत vacancy निकालती हैं और उन्हें पूरा करने में तीन से पांच साल लग जाते हैं और ऐसे में हम पास हुए तो ठीक नहीं तो दुबारा chance नहीं मिलता और हम overage हो जाते है इसके बाद बेरोजगार बैठे रहते हैं और फिर बेरोजगार नौजवान नशाखोरी और फालतू के काम तो करेंगे ही चाहे कोई भी राज्य हो

Brain Drain from IIT : To get admission in IIT is extremely tough & only extra bright students get through.However, after completion of course, most of the students go to USA for higher studies & settle down there only. Its a big loss for the nation.As if we have opened IIT's for the benefit of USA. How to stop this brain drain is a real challange.I seggest that, Govt should take surety bond of Rs 1 crore from them & if they do not return within 3 years, then Govt should encash the bond.
