Placements should become a PROCESS from a RELATIONSHIP. We have training partners who are training as per national occupational standards (NoS), we have corporates who are signing off on the NoS and Qualification Packs and we have the Sector Skill Council who are monitoring and creating the standard and assessing. Therefore, once a student gets certified, there should be a virtual market owned by SSC where in Corporates can come and hire the talent they are looking for by district. Go Skills!

You can motivate people by giving tax relaxation on shooping done through govt. Portal. You can also define a limit per person. In this way more and more money will come to govt. The most imp point is that these electronic products are coming from other asian countries. They are not manufactured in our country as we are also not having fabrication facilities in our country. So my suggestion is to make electronics in india with a govt. Tag so that product will be genuine and it will create jobs.
