Sir, I have recently retired after rendering more than 36 years of service in a bank. I am getting pension and as such financially secured. I offer my services as a teacher in any school near my residence in subjects Science, Mathematics and English without any remuneration. I am sure that there is a vast pool of retired persons in our country who are in good physical shape & with sound mental faculties; & are willing to help schools in their locality. Please get the suggestion examined.

today's routine, Agriculture should be made as a career option for most of the village people, many people come to town and earn 4-5k/month ( labor class ), and they keep their farm land just like that, if they are good in communication sales job will get them around 8k/month, they are very much satisfied and no interest in doing agriculture, i have seen many of my own friends doing the same, we need to train these people and should have proper mechanism to make them understand the importance,

Namasthe Sirji, i would like to learn and work more on dairy products and Gober Gas related products ( which is not majorly available), actually i got this idea when i watched one of the video of Dr. Swamy on how one cow can be so much usefull throughout its life, i want to set up the model in and around Bangalore so that i can make this as a career option for many other people in and around villages, i am sure that i will take it forward as planned, please do the needful, thanks JAI HIND

In India in different states different hand made objects are manufactured but they never sold in that
state. We can give international exposure to these local skills by selling and marketing them online. Our peoples have many skills but do not have exposure to it. If we build up websites like flipkart, Amezon to sell these local made products giving them international exposure we can create many jobs and entrepreneurs in our country without any further investment.
