Sir, govt. employees are getting salary for 12 months but attending the office only for 7 months & their output is the subject of research.It needs to be changed.The official can enjoy holiday only if no file is pending with him.After all their salaries are from public funds.Hence output/ Key result areas needs to be finalised every year & at end it needs to be accessed.

With great respect, i would like to say that i belong from aviation industry with aircraft engineering background. But there are so many loop holes in this industry ;
1 When Ame (Aircraft Maintenance Engineering) course is made then also in aviation or in Air india vaccancy created for Engg. Person related to other field. Then why made AME post there is lack of vaccancy in this field also.

सर... हमारा जो सिस्टम है (st & sc कोटा ) एक साधारण स्टूडेंट पढाई कर के 80% और असे भी ऊपर में पास होता है, परन्तु एक स्पेशल कोटा में एक st या st स्टूडेंट 40% मार्क रख कर भी कहीं भी सरकारी नैकरी कर लेता हे । एक पढ़ा लिखा स्टूडेंट को धोका हो जाता है और एक कोटा में पास किया हुआ स्टूडेंट जॉब करता है। क्या एसा नही हो सकता की st और sc को या तो पढाई और जॉब किसी एक में ही कोटा होना चाहिए । हर चीज में कोटा होकर obc आवर general स्टूडेंट का moral law हो जाता है । ना तो अपना कोई काम सुरु करने के लिए बैंक से आसानी से लोन मिलता है । ये वोट बेंक की सिस्टम ख़तम तो नही ,कम तो हो सकता है क्या ?

I am sorry if I repeat somebody's point. I just want to know what steps our govt will take towards entrepreneurship funding. Like in usa innovative ideas are funded without any security, if there ideas are passed they get funding/finance according to the budjet of projects. I don't know much about how it happens in India.. I have few plans about IT projects but I don't want to start everything using bank loans as most of the revenue will be sucked by banks without giving any oppertunity to grow.

charity in india is more easy than to elicit tax money from people. if we make such procedure or scheme , where someone give tax to govt and govt individually show his contribution in catelogue. for eg if i know that my tax money contributed directly to my city's bridge , togather everyone know the same. than i think everyone eager to pay tax as charity for all.

Sir, I have already brought to your notice that I am a R&D person & working on Solar Thermal Technology for Tropical Climate. I have successfully developed Gravity Solar Water Heater for our Indian Tropical Climate.The proposal for Deployment is pending with MNRE since 12-03-2014. This Gravity S.W.H. are 4 times more efficient than present products viz.Thermo Siphon FPC & ETC. & gives fixed Temperature hot water without mixing. I find that MNRE is delaying my proposal. Please look into matte .

in coming Diwali, we should increase our budget on deepak (diye), indian made article by 10 times of last year's spending and reduce the same on Chinese product.
