Main issue of inefficiency in creating program and implementing at upto end user, is awareness of it all level and followup on its implementation. So the departments common at all level such as center-state-district-grampanchanyat, should all be linked with same API, so that work at all the level will be visible in single location. This way you will be able to track which steps or stage are not pushing the information down and can take action on that.

There are several inter-operability standards the world over which you can use as a template already. The purpose is to flag data with tags/attributes so that the system may automate things like access to data, merging streams, liability etc.
Bringing in open and flexible APIs will not only open up your data to sister organizations but also to the public at large (if you allow) which will spur up development and adoption of applications by individuals.

Limitation of e-auction and e- tendering. all private players (company) joint setting karke govt. ko bewkoof banati h. yah to ek doosre k saath commision ki setting ka lete ha yah fir apna apna maal or jitna maal baichna yah kharidna h pehle se decide kar ke 10 guna jayada paise kamate h. e-tendering or e-auctioning ki sabse badi kami ha. es se fayde ki bazae bahut zayada nuksaan ho jaata h. jo cheez govt. market mein 10 rs mein purchase kar sakti h uske 100 rs dene padte h.

Respected PM,
Govt. Purchases should be transparent. I appreciate that many govt. department started the e-tendering in last couple of years. But the real game start after the placement of Purchase Orders to the Vendors. It starts from black mailing at various stages of execution of orders like Inspection of material, acceptance of material on receipt at stores, passing of bills etc.
All the process of Govt. Purchase should be done on priority as it will give confidence to the industry.

Digitalisation of challan system in India could be revolutionary. The police and inspectors wherever charge fine, they should have a handheld device which should be connected to central server, this will enable the inspectors to verify the authenticity/expiry/etc of any license, along with the previous history of the driver/owner. There should be provision of awarding a certain %age to the officer who is charging the fine digitally. This will increase honesty in their service.
Thanks

Sir,
This is my first post, I really appreciate this initiative to directly reach you.
Two concerns :
1. Safety of women- Request you to do increase police vigilance and security cameras.
So that citizen have the confidence and sense that their gov is watching all moves and nothing bad can happen with them.
2. Travel ticket- Cashless travel initiaive is required, one smart card for train, metro, bus, Auto, taxi, retails store, toll booth, parking, restaurant etc. It is possible.

Please use the Digital India initiative to curb sudden price rise and sudden price drops in agriculture products, which in turn impact the farmers, should there be a framework on prices under controlled ranges and that trigger export and import of agriculture products and farmers be aware of current price.

We talk about digital india, but as we see the cost of internet goes on increasing day to day. For this big issue people did one thing on 31 oct, they didnt use internet dat day but this is not exact solution, bcoz we already pay for internet packs. So if we use internet or not, it will not affects to companies...Now a days internet for students is essential..

Respected PM, India

In this Digital India....why all the govt offices/employees doesn't have govt mail id?
India should create won web mail domain so that it can be only used among by the indian officials and the server must be kept in India.
We should not encourage to use others domain mail ids which may be a security concern for future Digital India. This is my personal opinion.
