Parents, especially fathers, have considerable influence in promoting healthy lifestyles for their daughters.Parents aren’t the only ones who can encourage physical activity. The parents were assessed as role models for activity and providers of logistical support, such as rides to and from sporting events. The girls’ activity patterns were most likely to be affected by the fathers’ activity patterns. The more active daughters had fathers who were more active themselves, used their own behavior

Sir,along with the caste system, the cut off marks can be relaxed according to age in the qualifying exams. In private colleges, they select only those less than 30 in age for teaching job. They don't give value to experienced candidates. With no experience but with exams,ph.d's ,many are coming for teaching jobs just to earn, having no real interest in teaching.Nowadays scoring marks in PG is easier compared to the valuation in 1995's.70% above in UG or 60% above in PG is enough for teaching UG only.

Sir,I like you to give first preference to those above age 40 & then above 35 and so on every year in the selection of teachers and assistant professors for government & government aided schools &colleges.Mostly girls are not given continuous education,so even after marriage they pursue their studies. Our top leaders in 60's like our PM are active and powerful than the youngsters.Nowadays, students can learn subjects through internet. But,life experiences &values are taught by elderly teachers.

Q. Why parents don not go ahead with investment in girl education in this male dominated sea of opportunities ?
A. This is business as usual. No protection. No scurity of wealth. Seemingly No future gain .
Q. Ways to improve investment?
A. Must incentivise the parents on investment either through monetary provision or social security/benefit programmes for parents or daughters ,as the way of alluring the parents.

tying up with reputed NGOs like Teach for India to spread quality primary education across rural areas. Roping in visiting teachers and step by step teaching through large video screens, can help spread quality primary education.
