सरकार की एक प्रमुख प्राथमिकता एक अनुकूल एवं एक संवेदनशील कर प्रशासन उपलब्ध कराना है जिसका मुख्य उद्देश्य उच्च निवेश एवं वृद्धि हेतु एक अनुकूल वातावरण सृजित करना है। इसके साथ-साथ यह भी ध्यान रखना आवश्यक है कि करदाताओं के लिए कारोबार करना सुगम सुनिश्चित हो। सरकार यह प्रयास कर रही है कि करदाताओं के लिए कर अनुपालन को सरल और कम खर्चीला बनाकर करदाताओं में स्वैच्छिक कर अनुपालन को बढ़ावा दिया जा सके। इन कदमों का लक्ष्य यह है कि इनसे अंतत: राजस्व संग्रहण में उछाल आएगा, उच्च वृद्धि होगी और नागरिकों का जीवन स्तर बेहतर होगा और जीवन की गुणवत्ता बढ़ेगी।

राजस्व विभाग करदाताओं और सामान्य जनता को आमंत्रित करता है कि वे कर नीति और प्रशासन संबंधी मामलों के संबंध में अपने नवीन विचार और सुझाव दें जिससे व्यापार करना आसान हो और उद्योगों के लिए अनुपालन लागत कम हो, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप राजस्व और निवेश में वृद्धि होगी जिससे विकास दर बढ़ेगी।

hello.prime minister.sir hope aap mera massage pedhenge.or uspe kuch padhke apply bhi karnge.sir aaj hamara desh under se khokhla ho gaya hai.sir my suggestion is ke jitni bhi chije import ho rahi hai.usme desh me aane se.rokiye ya usme import duty bada dijiye.uska fayda hamari made in india wali chiz bikegi or import wali chiz nahi bikegi.second option sir.import wali koi bhi chiz indian product se sasti nahi aani chayhiye or sasti bikni nahi chahiye.

Pension or returns from LIC policies should not be taxed as they are similar to earnings from Mutual Funds which are not being taxed in the hands of the investor. LIC also invests in the equity or bond market to earn from the deposits which are then distributed to the investors. FM may please give a sympatheitc thinking to this.

Tax rebate on Child Education Loan is only limited to the loans taken from Financial Institutions. Loan taken from employer is not considered. This is an aberration as one hand we pay perks tax on the differential tax rate on the Education loan from employer and on the other hand do not get tax rebate on the same. My request to FM to remove this aberration.

Tax Policy is still too complex and involves efforts and rule book to evaluate the correct payable Tax to Govt. This leads to errors, manipulation and also IT harassment.
First, let’s make it SIMPLE (Thumb Rule one) so that every tax payers incl. small biz class knows their Tax and
Secondly provide an easy way of depositing through any Banks.
Thirdly, let’s provide rewards/ encouragement, may be social status/ benefits as encouragement to pay tax and earn the social stature for family.
