- Make these places professional, where customer is treated with respect, patience & smile
- Take contact number from customer and take their feedback occasionally on service
- Give option for customer to pay Rs 10/- more for speed post & regitered post with online tracking ensure for the post
- Stealing is one big menace in Post Office, like nice rakhi's stolen on the way. Check such conducts.
- Give PostMan a look overhaul & a geared cycle

Sir central Govt and State govt are giving many Jobs to primery teachers i.e. Polio programme Census etc. All these job may be done through Post Office. All willing pensioners including Ex Servicemen to registered with their nearestPost Office.Post master to Co- Ordinate. Necessary Honorarium may be paid to these Pensioners. Teachers should teach the children in school and Improve the Education System.

The delivery time of speed posts and registered post should be decreased. India Post has best network in India to deliver any post so it should be used. And the tracking system should be accurate so that people can track their posts. By this India Post can increase its revenue.

Post office should start Like UK Post office where they have Lucky draw every week and there is always a winner and still after result you dont exit People Particpate by paying

Indian Government should make mandatory to use Indian Postal services for any communication ( not any courier service) as far as government works .Just sharing as example here , RTO office who issues Driving Licenses to the applicant personally .If RTO send them their driving License through Indian Post office & the expenses would be the part of fees paid by applicant . As Indian Postal service has presence across INDIA regardless direction, City Grade etc . This would help them !!

The Banks, ICICI and LIC of India always try not to insist their customers/ investors to directly attend to their office premises for making transactions. But, the IndiaPost customers do necessarily have to attend to the office premises for making transactions. India Post is constantly getting updated and modernisedbut, not upto the mark.Recently, Cash Deposit Machines are being deployed in Banks, in addition to ATMs. Where is India Post?

The fact is that INDIA post has a vast number of sub units like branch,sub and head post offices, still following the old British system of laid out procedures. But, the Banks have limited branches and are flexible in their procedures. The Banks already have been offering high tech online services like Net banking, mobile banking, etc The LIC of India offer Premium Collection Centres at every nook and corner of India, and online payment.

Further, Many INDIAN Post Offices do lack proper working conditions,like shabby, old and leaky buildings, and poor looks. But, most Banks and other offices like LIC of India have ultra modern buildings, Centralised air conditioning, and well furnished office premises. But, this is not so in India Post, even after IT modernisation. The Banks already offer International credit/ debit cards for online and direct shopping, mobile banking,and what not!?

In the recent times, the number of postal clerical employees suffering from medical disorders like Hepatitis-B, Heart problems, hypertension, work related stress, boredom, etc is gradually increasing. The actual reasons are not clear..May be due to lack of motivation, financially, emotionally and mentally...The other reason may be due to "escapism", which , in turn, may be due to fear, laziness, seeking a change in lifestyle, etc
