Their are too many problems in India and the only way to tackle this is by Education. For last many budgets more emphasis has been given to quantity than quality. Thus their came the need of programs such as skill India. More budget allocation should to improve quality of primary education such as vocational studies and smart classes. Apart from this in case of higher education especially in universities its important to give more stress on lab funding and R&D

We await the bio-metric enabled cashless payment application,which will be a big game changer.Please give a free personal bio-metric scanner inbuilt phone to each of the poor, which can be operated only by the person and cant be resold,for rural people who dont have phone.Please make amendments to RP act to make adhar compulsory for voting and voting by biometrics to be made mandatory to eliminate impersonation.All degree/certificates etc to specify and be linked to Adhar number of the holder

In Budget 1997-98, 7 years’ tax holiday granted for E&P sector of North-East which was extended to refineries in budget 1998-99 also. While incorporating amendments in IT Act, this benefit was also extended for all parts of India. This appears to be an anomaly.

Please rectify this which will avoid future loss of national wealth. Because of extending 7 years tax holiday to whole India instead of only North East Sector, Govt has already lost a revenue of Several thousand crores of Rupees.

5 - 10 Lakh - 10%
10- 15 Lakh - 20%
15- 25 Lakh - 30%
25Lakh & Above - 40%

hoping increase budget allocation in education sector.

किसानो के किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड के नियम भी ऐसे होने चाहिये जैसे कारोबारीयो की C.C लिमिट बनाई जाती है जैसे कारोबारीयो के द्वारा C.C लिमिट से निकाली गई लोन की रकम 365 दिन के पहले पूरी लोन की रकम जमा की मजबूरी नही होती है ओर उसके पास लोन चुकाने के लिए लगभग 10 वर्ष का समय होता है इसी प्रकार किसानो के लिए भी KCC से निकाली गई लोन की रकम पर 365 दिन के अन्दर जमा करने की बाध्यता नही होनी चाहिए किसानो को भी लोन की रकम जमा करने के लिए 10 वर्ष का समय मिलना चाहिए ताकि वह साहूकार के चक्कर से बच सके
