3. The unsecured repayable deposits U/S 74(1)(b) of Companies Act 2013 may please be termed as secured deposits at par with the deposits U/S 73 of the Act.

I am a small girl of std. VII ,but with a big point which I think if PM will see then it will be very helpful for our Country. I suggest that if RBI will make an acount with black money collected by Income tax department and money collected and then govt. will use it for people's welfare as PM said that we should now move towards a cashless society. This time I have a wish that I want to tell to PM Modi , I want on Christmas & New Year help the poor children .Give them gifts .
