Royalty Payments:Hon"ble Finance Minister: Promoters are diverting large sums of money, by way of Royalty payment to its closely held companies by lending the Brand name. Earlier there was limit of 3% which was removed. It helps them in lowering their tax by showing expenses in those companies & depriving shareholders of higher dividend. Cap on royalty payment & period of payment should be fixed for existing products& it should be allowed for specific period only on new innovation/products.

Sir, It is requested that Salaried class which comprises of approx 93% of taxpayers in the country should be given relief now. This is more so after Govt. Demonetization initiative. Starting with increase in income slab from 2.5 lac to 5 lacs. Also tax concessions for Medical expenses to be enhanced.

All the allowances & tax limits should be tied to Cost Inflation Index.
Medical allowance has been the same (Rs. 15000/-) for last 20 years while costs have gone up multi-fold.
Additional cities like Hyderabad, Ahmadabad, Belgaluru, Pune should be considered at-par with Metros for all the benefits at least HRA.
Medical expenses (to a certain limit) should be allowed as tax-deductible at least for senior citizens who do not have any job (and hence without any medical allowance)

Provide better sops for loans towards apartments or encourage community living, because such places promote cleaner living, better utilization and optimized consumption.. Provide tax relief on maintenance expenses and also the maintenance should be applied per apartment and not by square footage. If we have a policy and package that encourages community living I believe it will benefit the nation long term.
