Income tax slab should revise, it should be increase limit and reduce tax.

For OPC companies ,simplify compliance in tune with LLP or remove compliance for micro enterprises.
For new micro service enterprises,for first 3 years ,exempt from all type of compliance including company act, income tax act,GST,Labour ,ESI ,shop and commercial establishments etc. Enterprises need to focus on business and not on form filling. Amend company law and remove or reduce penalties for non compliances. For minor non compliance ,restrain ROC from imposing penalties , else entrepreneur close company,lead to job losses. Budget allocation to LIFE project , accordingly building of highways need to stop ,instead non polluting railways need to be encouraged in massive way like Germany as less land is required,it's faster ,leads to less fuel imports bills
Government need to facilitate marketing of new enterprises,else most new enterprises likely to close down due to lack of business or clients. Remove unnecessary mandatory ESI account open during incorporation,for co not in ESI

Alot aadhar number, pan card number, Mobile number and bank account number at the time of birth itself. and government should deposit 500₹ for boy and 1000 for girl one time as FD till 18 years.

Staff Salaries/Wages on time payment:
State / Central Government or their PSUs or their bodies or units/entities in any name, they have to pay salaries/wages of their employees on time including outsourced staff or contract staff.

A part of bribery/corruption is because of late/delayed payment of employee salaries.

For better quality of Government service delivery, in time payment of staff salaries/wages is most important.

Accordingly Finance Department needs to do necessary corrective steps from forthcoming budget 2023-24 itself.

It would be good if the high speed train tracks are also constructed next to the greenfield highway which is currently being planned in India. Same time two projects will continue. otherwise in future also we can built the same......

Payment of Bills in time

State/Central Govt. or their units/entities:
Pay all contractor bills immediately after completion of delivery of work.
Pay all supplier bills immediately after completion of delivery of agreed goods/services.

This ensures quality of work/services from contractors/suppliers and secures better quality of Government deliverables to the nation.

Accordingly Finance Department needs to take up with all their units (State/Centre) and ensure timely payment of contractor/supplier bills.

Decentralise the industry hubs like Mumbai. If 40-50% corporate offices from cities like Mumbai is shifted to other cities where there is less population ..... many problems can be addressed like pollution, population density and many more...

Distribute the segment companies in each district/area to have local and overall development of country at same level. All the major automative companies are in Pune...if even one would have set up in Vidarbha it could have changed a lot.

Increase taxes on tobacco products. It will help reduce tobacco-related deaths and generate additional revenues, which can be utilised for national health insurance schemes like strengthening Ayushman Bharat.
