Skill development has to be an integral part of education. From Std XI upwards,students should be encouraged to take up part time jobs/internships, which can be part of their academic assessment.This will enable students to be more practical in their learning and make informed choices for their future education and career. It will also help those students who are unable to study further to at least have skills to earn a decent living, and the flexibility to study further at their convenience.

We need interest based education system with required output. (1) separate physical activities from formal education and give it to sports and cultural clubs and the achievements in both academic and physical need to be consolidated in achievement card. (2) allow to establish small scale educational institutions like only secondary school(5-10 standard), one programe college like commerce college with bachelor degree, small scale college in medical like MBBS with 30 intake.
