there is the main thing to devlop the culture that involved those small and big matters with it.devloped countries in west and east have devloped in short time limits are the examples for us.main thing is to create systerm by remove the faults.we can see in history and in present that systerm have a big role in any devlopment.main thing is that systerms,institutes,education systerm and all things are for human,not human for those.We have to create a beter enviroment for all these parts ofsocity

Today education memorized method that means, students only focusing a mark and syllabus, while continue this process there is no quality of education in India. My idea is skill base education that means in 8th standard students choose subject what they have interseted. pls change the education system.

We should have to change our education system for the proper skill development. Today we have collages in quantity but none of them have quality. Taking the reference of 3idiot movie..it is very much true that in india no body talks about creation and innovation..each of us is only concernd about marks..either they are teachers or students.that is the reason y our any of the university is not in rank of top 200 universities of the world..becoz no any innovative work is taking place here.

I want to share some work culture at the govt depts here in Assam. I have been working in the election branch since 2004 as a computer professional. I experienced by 8-9 elections in these years. Always I notice one fact that the permanent govt employees most donor works, they totally depends on casual/wages/temporary worker like us. Even they left the office on us at nights in peak time of election works. Interestingly no permanent employee even check emails without a computer operator.

It is too important that the safety of the workmen should be ensured. Each and every person should be aware of the risks and dangers that he may face in the workplace. This will enhance the confidence and the commitment of each employee. These principles can be learned from the classroom, but can only be made practical in the work place.

Skilled person and a trained person differ. In every field, training is necessary to improve the quality of work. Classroom training is not sufficient for any of the job. Apart from the theory, practical introduction makes a worker perfect. Also without theoretical background one may commit mistakes in work place. Even the lowest level employee should be aware of minimum theory behind what he does. Skill not only means ability to do work. It includes individual respect, unity etc (soft skills)

Number of engineering collages have mushroomed up throughout the country, but the quality of education is poor because of lack of infrastructure, lack of good trainers and huge gap between the skills provided and the skills required by the industry. Due to this the aspiring indian students have to move away to other countries. Once they start living in that country, we have, kind of lost them for ever. This is called brain drain. Need to think about ways to stop this.
